"This hotel is not bad but my room was terrible! It was a corner room so I got all the noise of cars, dogs and rail traffic for the entire night. Thee was no five minute silent period at any time of the night. I have never experienced anything like it before. The noise was like sleeping on the street, it was so bad. If you book here, demand a quiet room. The rooms are fine but you can kiss sleep goodbye if you book a corner room. The incessant loud noise throughout the entire night is my abiding memory of this hotel."

"After a three-day, two-night trip to Uyuni, I planned to rest at this hotel, but the experience was terrible and I would never recommend it. The driver dropped me off at the hotel, but the door was locked. No one answered the doorbell or knocking. The driver also tried calling the hotel's registered phone number, but no one answered. There was no 24-hour front desk, and staff were only on duty briefly. There were no shops around the hotel, and Uyuni has a poor security record. I was extremely uneasy waiting on the street with a lot of luggage, feeling unsafe. Thanks to the help of a carpenter next door, who knocked multiple times and contacted the staff privately, I was finally able to check in after several hours. Upon checking in, I found the hotel practically empty; I was the only guest during my stay. The room was cramped, had no hot water, and the facilities were extremely poor. The breakfast was terrible; it was just reheated leftovers from the previous day, resulting in poor hygiene and a terrible experience. I only stayed a few days because I had too much luggage and didn't want the hassle. Overall, the stay was extremely unpleasant and a major disappointment. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Additionally, there was no Wi-Fi."

"The hotel is quite well-maintained and nice. The staff is very inefficient. I asked for more towels and they refused, explaining why I never received them. We also asked if they could lend us an iron, and they refused that too. There's no laundry service, at least that's what the waiters told me. The restaurant is okay, but they need to improve hygiene; it smells terrible. The waiters and the reception area of ​​the restaurant smell awful."

"Beware of the Classic Room! The Classic Room has no windows, only two floor-to-ceiling glass windows that cannot be opened to form a formal corridor. The curtains are completely ineffective at blocking out the corridor light, which shines in all night, making it impossible to sleep without an eye mask. Moreover, the glass does not block out the noise of people walking in the corridor, so you will be woken up in the middle of the night by people returning from stargazing, and in the morning by people who set off early."

"The hotel has extremely spacious and comfortable rooms, which is a major plus. The beds are also excellent, providing a great night's rest. However, the bathroom left something to be desired: the shower has unexpected temperature variations (it heats up and cools down on its own, out of nowhere), which can be quite annoying. The breakfast is satisfactory, but nothing special, as is the dinner, which was only average. The Wi-Fi had connection problems and could be improved.
