"Negative Review | A Terrible Stay Experience I stayed two nights, and the overall experience was extremely poor. First, hot water issues. The first night, I discovered there was absolutely no hot water. In such cold weather, even washing up required cold water, making the experience extremely unpleasant. Second, the shower facilities were severely damaged. After finally getting hot water, I was about to shower when I turned it on to find the shower head had broken, spraying water everywhere, making it completely unusable. 🫠 Third, toiletries were missing. After barely managing to start showering, I discovered that the shower gel and shampoo were empty; they hadn't checked and replenished them beforehand. 👍 Fourth, the hair dryer was unusable. After washing my hair, I tried to dry it, but the hair dryer only worked for 5 seconds before shutting off. The next day, I got a replacement with the same problem, only to later discover that the hair dryer's wattage was incompatible with the hotel's; it only worked on a low setting. 😅 Although customer service followed up throughout, the hotel's maintenance and problem-solving efficiency was extremely low. One problem after another severely impacted my stay and completely ruined my mood. Oh, and remember to clean everything afterwards! 🤭🤭 Not recommended for stay!!!"

"Lobul was absolutely gorgeous! Nestled on the fjord shore, we stayed one night on September 25th and were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights. The wood-burning fireplace in our room was also lovely."

"I stayed in one of the downstairs apartments and loved everything about it except for the noise from the apartment overhead. I heard every upstairs guest's conversation clearly and every footfall they made. One set of guests left, another arrived, same experience. This is a place you come to for peace and quiet, and everything else is super quiet. The apartment was lovely, very spacious, well-maintained. Stunning setting with amazing views. Really gorgeous. A dream come true except for the noise from upstairs."

"The best decision of the trip was staying here. The house was incredibly spacious, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large living and dining area perfect for relaxing and watching TV. From the balcony, we had a beautiful view of the fjord, and on our last night, we were treated to a breathtaking display of the Northern Lights. I absolutely loved this place and would stay here again and again for its comfort and warmth. Highly recommended!"

"We booked a bit last minute, and it was the only accommodation left with a reasonably affordable price. But it was the worst accommodation we've had in Norway. It had a terrible smell (which didn't go away even by opening the windows), not all the lights worked, the kitchen was a bit rundown, the bed was small (a queen-size bed), the door struggled to close, the window wouldn't close at all, leaving a crack, the heating didn't work (and it was cold), and there was no shower curtain (meaning there was a curtain rail and hooks, but no curtain). It's a shame because the accommodation is very spacious and has great potential, but it seemed very neglected."
