"Spectacular beautiful location on flat land between high mountains. Have to traverse a steep 5 Km dirt road to get here. Our group of birders transferred from our bus to 4x4 vehicles from the lodge. We stayed from two nights. A simple but fine room with a fine bathroom with nice hot water and refillable amenities. Lovely home cooked meals served as a buffet with lots of choice. On the second night there were lots of people for dinner and it felt a bit competitive to get to the food. Beautiful forest trails that crossed a river in a fairly flat setting. They serve their own home grown coffee and i was told ahead of time that they sold that but that did not seem to be evident. My room was not serviced for the second day. Had little interaction with the staff."

"A dangerous, negligible and unacceptable experience. I won't come back. During my stay in this glamping I experienced a very serious situation. A group of six women, in a drunk state, armed the scandal in the common areas, with music at all volumes, cried and even tried to enter my room for force. It was so serious that another guest also complained and sent videos of the scandal. It was all recorded in cameras. I went out twice to ask them to lower the volume. Then I was able to get a phone call for the emergency number of the manual, but no one answered. When I finally managed to talk to the manager, he had to stand before me to avoid them attacking me. The most indignant was the answer of the place: they told me “do not confuse me, that it is not a hotel” and that “it has nothing to do with security. “They did not only escape their responsibility, but did not answer my message, they did not offer any excuse or considered a refund. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable and very comfortable.
