"Rooms were fantastic and clean. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Only thing about the pool is that the water wasn’t as warm as I feel heated pool should be. Hot tub didn’t seem to get very hot. The first receptionist that checked us in was very friendly and helpful (Friday February 16th 6pm). The receptionist that came on later that night and worked the next evening was rude, didn’t smile or greet at all. She looked like she wanted to be anywhere but here. Waited over 30 minutes at the counter for her to get dollar bills. Have no idea where she was as she wasn’t at the counter."

"Roadway Norfolk spent 3 nights. Lobby area clean not much just a couple of chairs. Checking in was easy friendly welcome. Room with queen bed comfortable, clean. Shower plenty of hot water ample supplies. Everything worked well. Breakfast was good basic items eggs, waffles, cereal and beverages. Staff friendly and you can tell they were all local folks. For a budget friendly hotel well worth it good stay. Support local "
