"A special hotel near Lake Sainte-Croix. The French dinner in the restaurant is very authentic. Although expensive, it is delicious. Breakfast is similar to separate meals, served in small glass bottles. Unfortunately, the team booked five rooms of the same type, and gave them two of the top rooms. They were so small that even when opening the door, they hit the bedside table. It was difficult to put two large suitcases in, and it was difficult to turn around. And the only view from the window was the roof."

The hotel is 1st class but what makes it is the staff… too many to mention all but Simon, Thomas & Amber were all superb. Location, location.. sitting right above the sea with a fresh water & sea water pool the views are amazing. Rooms are good & prefer one with a balcony overlooking the sea. Frequent recommendations of places to visit, drives to take and bistros to visit. The hotel has two restaurants; Recif - Michelin & superb & the Beach restaurant- excellent range of dishes. Don’t miss the spa - not used much and treatments among best in world. Also, outdoor gym - basic, functional & works plus outdoor yoga/Pilates. We will be back because it is simply sooooo good & thank you to everyone for looking after us!"

"Château Pimo, Draguignan is a very stylish and luxurious residence. The property is located inside an expansive park-like resort that features beautiful gardens, an amazing spa area and a huge swimming pool. There is safe and secure parking available on site. Our very spacious and modern suite was located on the first floor, and it was impeccably clean and quiet. The bed was very large and extremely comfortable. The owner was very courteous, helpful, and friendly. He also prepared a very fresh and tasty breakfast. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the city of Draguignan as well as the beautiful villages of Tourtour and Cotignac. This was a wonderful experience in every way."

"I have known this little part of heaven on earth for over forty-five years. For me and my family its like coming home. I knew the origional owner who was head of the local resistance in the last world war. Squat tough and a terrific sence of humour. Taught me to play boule but only if there was a pastis at hand. I went early in the morning to market with him, a pastis with a coffee was de rigeur. I first went there to work and arrived at night it was very dark but a cold plate had been left in my room. Slept like a log to awake to flowers, sun and a delightful warm welcome. Breakfast on the terrace was fresh baguettes etc. home made jam and creamy butter. Delicious coffee. AND the food was beyond delicious. Breakfast is served now until 11.30 in your room or a quiet spot in the garden. The running of the Ferme has passed down the family and is now in the capable hands of Christophe who has inherited the special Ferme warmth not just from the sun but his greeting. The Ferme now has a swimming pool dug from Augustin's boule pitch. He would not have minded as the pool has a fabulous outdoor bar. The cocktails prime one for lunch or dinner. Non-fussy fo. od fresh and well, just perfect for me. I just love the way fresh fish is shown and then discussed how one would like it cooked. I could write a book about the Ferme but suffice to say that I went there three times the first year, before I was married the second time. I had my second honey moon at La Ferme! La Ferme is 150 m from Plage Tahiti who have a geat bar, have not tried the food because, well the Ferme's is only a little stroll away. By the way a thoughtful car is on hand to take one down to St Tropez, ten minutes drive For me and my family, who have all grown up, go there with my grand children. It is a bit special."

"My experience began with a less-than-ideal introduction to my room. I was not provided with any information regarding the facilities or the location of amenities such as the gym or the safe. Moreover, I found myself in a room that lacked the desired privacy, as it was situated near the main pool and restaurant. This proximity led to frequent disturbances from passersby throughout the day and night. While a potential room swap was offered, the manager was unable to find me that morning. When we finally spoke in the evening, I was informed that the hotel was fully booked and no alternative rooms were available. She said that there may be another room available, but only on day before my scheduled check-out, rendering any potential solutions ineffective. The bed in my room was supposed to be King-size. However, I was disappointed to find that they had simply pushed two single beds together, resulting in an uncomfortable gap down the middle. Additionally, while I appreciate the traditional and quintessential old French style of the hotel, I found the room to be tired, dingy, and not particularly clean. Inconvenience continued as we had to personally visit reception for even the smallest requests, such as shower gel which was not replenished on one day and room service, due to the lack of a functioning phone in our room. Additionally, a concerning issue arose with a flying ant infestation in our bathroom. Enduring ants crawling on one's leg while using the toilet is far from a luxurious experience. Furthermore, I discovered that the hotel charges a 50% markup on cigarettes without a reasonable explanation. When I inquired about this, the receptionist simply stated that it was an instruction from their supervisor. Although the breakfast offered was satisfactory, I found it to be monotonous, with the same food served each morning in the buffet. On the upside, the view from the hotel was breath taking, providing a serene atmosphere and stunning vistas of the sea. To their credit, I appreciated the manager's kindness and apologetic demeanour regarding the issues faced during my stay. In an attempt to make amends, I was offered a complimentary glass of rosé. However, while this gesture was appreciated, it did not adequately compensate for the various shortcomings. Unfortunately, I feel that spending around £2500 for 3 nights at La villa Mauresque proved to be a regrettable use of my funds. I have had the opportunity to stay in far superior accommodations at a more reasonable cost."

"This resort was the most peaceful, relaxing, comfortable hotel my husband and I have been in. The attention to detail was impeccable as well as the customer service. The manager allowed us to check in 3 hours before our scheduled check in time, assisted with our bags, offered for us to stay late and switch out hotels due to strikes and road closures going to our next destination. He was able to upgrade our room at the next hotel where we were staying free of charge when we were unable to change our plans. In addition we thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant, the massages and the room."

"1. Overview This hotel is a textbook example of how beautiful grounds and a premium location cannot compensate for broken service standards. Despite the lush territory and Saint‑Tropez atmosphere, the stay is overshadowed by operational chaos, poor staff training, and a complete lack of attention to detail. 2. Location The location is objectively strong: 20 minutes on foot to the old town of Saint‑Tropez and 5 minutes by car. Close enough to enjoy the area, far enough to avoid the crowds. Unfortunately, the convenience of the location is one of the few things the hotel gets right. 3. Check‑In & First Impressions Check‑in was disorganized and unprofessional. The staff failed to explain anything, simply stating the room wasn’t ready and that they would “contact me later.” They never did. I had to return to reception myself to get the room. This lack of communication and ownership sets the tone for the entire stay. 4. Rooms The room design is acceptable but unremarkable. Everything you need is technically there, but nothing stands out. The real issue is the terrible soundproofing. Walls feel paper‑thin, and you hear every door slam and hallway conversation. For a hotel in this price category, this is unacceptable. 5. Facilities The property itself is undeniably beautiful: • Expansive, green territory • Three pools • Sea views • Peacocks walking freely However, the execution is sloppy: • Pool sunbeds near the restaurant are poorly designed, with cushions constantly sliding off. • Towels are badly washed, with “clean” ones sometimes arriving damp or stained. The contrast between the stunning setting and the careless maintenance is striking. 6. Dining Breakfast Breakfast is mediocre in both variety and product quality. But the real problem is — again — the service. Wrong coffee delivered, sugar never brought, incomplete table setup, forgotten items. These are not isolated incidents; they happen constantly. Rooftop Restaurant The rooftop restaurant is decent, and service here is noticeably better. Still, the pricing feels inflated for what is offered. 7. Service This is where the hotel completely collapses. Service is slow, inattentive, and consistently incompetent: • Orders forgotten or mixed up • Staff not following through on basic requests • No sense of urgency or responsibility • Guests around the property visibly frustrated It’s clear the hotel suffers from poor management and a lack of training. For the rates they charge, this level of service is simply unacceptable. 8. Atmosphere & Design The atmosphere is pleasant — Mediterranean, green, relaxed — and the overall vibe is very Saint‑Tropez. But the charm evaporates quickly once you interact with the staff or encounter the operational issues. 9. Value for Money The hotel does not justify its price. "A hotel experience that exceeded expectations. We reserved parking in advance via email, and upon arrival, the hotel valet provided parking. A small car then carried our luggage and took us to the hotel, a distance of less than 200 meters. The hotel is a nearly century-old building, very French-style, facing the sea. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at the hotel and were satisfied. The hotel staff were warm and attentive, the rooms were comfortably furnished, and the large woven backpacks provided were convenient for carrying belongings in the town and made for great photos. The hotel has its own stamps and initials stamps for each room, allowing us to send a free postcard to a friend. These details were a big plus and made our vacation in Sanit Tropz even more enjoyable."

"We have a house in Bormes and had the pleasure of discovering the Mona Spa at the Eden Rose hotel. The place is wonderful, zen, it's already a great introduction. Selected decoration, high-end equipment: hammam, sauna, jet shower, pool with jets. Impeccably clean, you are taken care of with a bathrobe, slippers, towels and you let yourself be taken into a wonderful moment of relaxation. The main thing: care. Pauline and Amélie pampered us in a very professional manner, with a lot of kindness and attention. A good mix of softness and strength for body massage, valuable advice for facial care with very good quality products. After this wonderful moment of letting go, we immediately booked new treatments. The second time was just as wonderful as the first. We will come back, to be pampered by our two little pearls. A big thank you to Amélie and Pauline for spoiling us.
