"This hotel is in the most beautiful setting. It’s a little dated but that adds to its charm. The waiting staff are really helpful and friendly. The food is amazing. It’s a short walk to the lovely town of Taormina and the bus station is right behind so convenient for getting around. Not great for those with mobility issues as there’s lots of steps and located high up."

"A splendid sea view from the room's balcony makes up for even the small shortcomings. It is located just outside the Varazze motorway exit and not far from the centre - 10/15 minutes on foot, excellent for those who want a bit of tranquility. The large car park is convenient, not to be taken into consideration given that it is difficult to find a parking space in the area. Clean and spacious room, balcony with splendid sea view, very comfortable bed, lack of electrical outlet on the bedside table but still present. Breakfast definitely needs improvement, as well as the welcome, lights off in reception as in the breakfast room. In conclusion, it is recommended for short-term stays"

"Terrible! I left the rental house where I spent the holidays with my mother and my newborn daughter to spend the last 3 days of August in a hotel. I paid for the junior suite with a non-refundable rate days before and when we checked in we found it smelling of cigarette smoke. We were promised a solution but they simply aired the room for a couple of hours, with little improvement. Imagine the inconvenience of finding another place and moving all the luggage with a newborn! To this day I am still waiting for the refund of what I paid because they said it could not be issued at the time…"

"Lovely little hotel. We stayed 6 nights. We loved it. The staff are very friendly and kind. We had a balcony with a view to the sea. You are only a 3 minute walk to the train station from this hotel. We didn’t have a car so it was very convenient. We hired bikes nearby and cycled to Arenzano. Coming back to the pool after our bike rides was a real delight. The only thing that could be improved is having a kettle in the room. We really hope to return next year."
