"The hotel is newly removated and looks nice, modern. Is near the beach but you have some stairs to handle. :) Also they offer towels for the beach chair. The room was a bit small, but with nice furniture and with sea view. The bathroom also kind of small but with bath supplies and clean towels. The breakfast was varied but if you were late there was the possibility not to find a lot of food. They have also a nice terrace where you can eat. They can work harder on cleaning the room."

"Very poor bar service experience at Aqvatonic Hotel – Steaua de Mare I am very disappointed with the bar service at Aqvatonic Hotel – Steaua de Mare. The bartender Thapa behaved unprofessionally on four different occasions, and each time the experience was the same. His attitude was rude and uncooperative, and the way he spoke to guests was not respectful. There was clear misbehavior, lack of customer service skills, and no effort to resolve issues or communicate politely. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a 4-star hotel, especially in a hospitality environment where guest satisfaction should be the priority. Because this happened repeatedly, it does not feel like a one-time mistake but a consistent problem. Management should seriously look into this matter and provide proper training or take corrective action. The hotel facilities are good, but such poor service at the bar leaves a very negative impression. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve the guest experience in the future."
