"Excellent location, however the proximity to the church bells combined with blinds that let the summer dawn light in make it a bit of a challenge to sleep in during your vacation. Also, this apartment is not for you if you're taller than 170cm or 5'7". Would have appreciated more than one towel and pillow per person. Otherwise, great stay."

"The hotel is again in the middle of the city, but is well accessible. Large room next to the hotel to store bikes. Very friendly reception at arrival, with immediately a whole list of restaurants for every taste and bag. Our room was urgently renewable, carpet floors were not in good and clean condition. The jalousies were broken. A very old-fashioned shower that was not really comfortable. Mini door to the small bathroom. The beds are not of the best quality. We have sleeped on the side of the terrace and it was quite noisy, also because we had to open the windows because of the heat, otherwise the heat was intolerable. The swimming pool was out of use because of a missing part. Breakfast was OK, perhaps not as extensive as in other hotels, but sufficient. Egg food was made fresh at la minute for one. Personal very friendly and helpful. "

"Very pleasant few days here. Well located centrally to town and River Aller walks. Rooms spacious, clean and comfortable, made up nicely daily by room service. Windows gave great light and ventilation to room. Breakfast was excellent, great choice and plentiful, nice clean breakfast room. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Only negative was gardener using noisy machinery VERY early in morning."

Haags Hotel Niedersachsenhof ★★★

"I lived here in 1983 when it was built, so it was nice to go back and stay a few days. This place is comfortable but basic. There's no air-conditioning for example. Twin beds and the individual quilts were too small. They also also had a synthetoc filling so at night it was very hot. The breakfast was perfectly fine. The coffee was great. The staff were professional and largely friendly. I would stay again but maybe in a cooler part of the year."

Landhotel Zur Linde ★★★

"We were on the Wesercycle Road with friends and had a night here. The rooms were spacious, clean and perfectly enough for us. No modern top hotel, but a solid hotel for a night. There is the possibility to eat at evening. The food was very good. Breakfast was sufficient and a nice start in the next day. The location is ideal for bikers at Weser. We would book it again and can recommend it to others."
