"The room was tidy. At 9:30 p.m. (on a Sunday) there was nobody at the reception. They left me an envelope with my key card. It took me a while to find out that my room was not in the main house, but two houses farther east. That wouldn´t matter, if anyone had given me notice on that. If you want any drinks, nothing is avaible but a bottle of still water. There is no bar, no vending machine, no minibar, the restaurant at the train station closes at 9:30.... You´re restricted to the plain water."

"A transit point chosen while going from Vienna to Hallstatt.. I chose a residence-type accommodation with a washing machine to wash clothes during a long trip, but there was no washing machine in the room, and there was one small washing machine and one dryer in the laundry room. Fortunately, we were the only guests, so we had no trouble doing laundry, but we had a hard time because we didn't know how to use the washing machine in German. Maybe because we were not familiar with it, the washing and drying time was unusually long. There was a single-burner electric range, simple cooking utensils, dishes, and cutlery in the sink in the room, and although there was a terrace, it was only divided into sections with wooden bales, so it was like bringing iron chairs and tables to the road.. The neighborhood was quiet, there were many marts around, and there was a gas station and bank (travel blog fee) right across the street from the hotel, and there was a free parking lot in the basement, so it was convenient. Since it was an unmanned system, check-in and check-out were done by machine, and it was difficult to get help because there were no staff members.."

"Maxlhaid We drove 7 hours to do some business in Linz. Since we were very impressed with the hotel and the excellent food last time, we were delighted when an apartment became available at such short notice, on the same day. However, we were not informed that a wedding was taking place. Very loud music until midnight. Sleep was out of the question. We were not allowed to use the garden as it was reserved for the group. As an alternative, we were offered the loungers at the sports field. The space was very fine, but of course the sports field was also used for that purpose, and a bit of peace and quiet was out of the question. The apartment rooms faced the inner courtyard, where other guests were having breakfast at 7:00 a.m. So the next day we had to start the 7-hour journey home, exhausted. After this experience, unfortunately never again! Unprofessional and a rookie's mistake! Oh yes: the price of the room was of course charged in full... And the bottle of wine in the room was only not charged as a small compensation after I pointed it out. Is that what you call a host?"
