"Extremely good hotel! During check in, the staff told me “welcome to paradise” and true enough it was really close to paradise 🥹🥹🥹. Hotel was less than 5mins walk from Wengan Station. We were upgraded for free to a room with balcony and views of the mountains. Refer to photo for balcony view! The room came with a fan which was god sent because most hotels in Switzerland does not come w one. Room was quite spacious and breakfast was not too bad. The view from the breakfast was nice tho. The staff was also very friendly! Overall a very good experience and stay! 10/10!"

"I didn't stay at this hotel at all. This hotel has the latest check-in time! On the hill! It's raining heavily, there are old people and children, in the middle of the night, let me walk the mountain road to find it by myself, because the staff is off work! Ctrip will not give any reminder! I won't tell you that this hotel needs special transportation to go up! DO NOT BOOK! Just switch to another app. I changed to a very expensive hotel that night, but I found it myself because no one cared about me."

"Loved the location, the balcony, and the rooms. This is definitely a boutique hotel. We had a room with Jungfrau view. It was spectacular to wake up to the peaks each morning. Because there was no air conditioning in the rooms, we had to sleep with the windows open. There are 2 main things that I wish were different: The blanket is too heavy for the summer/late spring heat wave. The church bell tolls every hour, in case you need to know that its 2am... Other than that, no complaints!"

"The location is very strategic, literally right next to the train station, which makes it extremely convenient for travelers. However, the hotel itself feels quite outdated. Small amenities that are usually complimentary, like a toothbrush, were charged at the end of the stay, which was disappointing. There were also no slippers provided, and the TV options were very limited—we could only watch the Jungfraujoch CCTV broadcast. The room included a bathtub with a water jet button, but it wasn’t functional. When we contacted reception, we were told it was just a normal bathtub and nothing could be done, which was a bit frustrating. Breakfast was another weak point. The selection was quite limited, and items like bacon, eggs, and sausages were slow to be refilled. When they finally arrived, it felt chaotic, with guests rushing to grab them. That said, the bed was very comfortable, and overall the stay was okay. There are definitely areas that need improvement. Would I come back? Maybe."

"What a wonderful oasis in this most charming town! The building, the rooms, and the facilities are totally refreshed and in fantastic shape. The room we got had this most spectacular view of the the Lauterbrunnen Valley, and the layout of the room is efficient and the use of wood and stone is charming. We only used the spa on the last day after we had done half day of skiing, and it was fantastic: the outdoor heated pool was super nice, and the changing room had everything to allow us to change, freshen up, and repack for the airport. The breakfast was 10/10. The hamburgers we had one evening were 10/10. The formal restaurant is probably a tiny bit weaker than it should be, if I can be honest. While the service in the restaurant was flawless, the main courses were not as outstanding as I had expected, though they were not bad, either. Finally, the overall service in the hotel was a 10/10: every single person was courteous, warm, efficient, and effective. I've stayed at this hotel twice in the past year, and will be returning again in June. I have my go-to hotels in many cities, and in this area of Switzerland, the Belvedere is my go-to hotel!"

"Beausite Park Hotel & Spa boasts a beautiful location with lovely grounds, but be warned: the walk up from the Interlaken West train station is brutal with luggage. Definitely communicate with the hotel in advance to arrange a transfer - you'll thank me later! Once you're there, the staff is truly wonderful - attentive, helpful, and always smiling. They are a real credit to the hotel. However, the overall atmosphere felt a little...stuffy. The other guests seemed a bit reserved and formal, which may not appeal to everyone. The spa facilities are excellent and well-maintained. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with beautiful views and top-notch service (from the staff!), this could be a good choice. Just be prepared for a potentially challenging arrival and a slightly more formal ambiance than you might expect."
