"While the beds were comfy and the breakfast was adequate, we were quite disappointed with our stay overall. It was mostly little things, but put together it made it a bit disappointing. First off all the wellness - as it was presented to us as a wellness hotel on our search, we were suprised to find out this was just a sauna and a steamroom hidden away in the corner of the hotel. And while 4hours use of all wellness facilities was included, the opening times of these did not cover 4hours and it was recommended to only use for 15min. The room in itself could do with a revamp, but worst of all was the bathroom. The shower doors didn't function properly, resulting in a wet floor outside. And the water didn't run down the drain so in no time you are standing in a large puddle of water. I had to turn the shower down for it not to overflow. The sink has chips missing and the vanity mirror is just hanging sideways and won't stay in place. The beds were clean, but the room had a dusty and dirty feel. We had one coffee cup still showing signs of old coffee (were they just rinsed?) and there was a lot of dust behind the bedside cabinets (exactly where you need to plug in your chargers) as well as stains on the carpet."

"Had a pleasant stay. We spend about a week. The room was clean and the toilet too. Even though the location is very near to the main train station, it was not noisy at all. A walking distance to halal food and supermarket. However, we tried to book the room cleaning services but no cleaning lady came to clean our room."

"I booked this hotel for my sister and partner for two nights. They were repeatedly asked if they would stay for dinner, even though they were supposed to be eating with us and other family members. The staff's attitude made them feel uneasy. My wife and I visited them on the first evening and sat down on the terrace while waiting for my sister and partner. We wanted to order two cups of coffee, but were told that wasn't allowed because we weren't hotel guests. When my sister and partner arrived, I wanted to order a glass of water because my sister had a bad cough, but was told that wasn't allowed and asked if I could order sparkling blue or red. On the t**** evening, after waiting a long time for a staff member, we were told that coffee or tea couldn't be ordered anymore because it was too much work."

"The newly renovated monastery is a historic building and a special place. There is an entrance to the hotel from the underground parking garage Oda. There is a good restaurant with tasty food. There are no bottles of water in the room. According to the receptionist, the water from the tap is drinkable. However, we couldn't find any information about it in the room. There is scale in the kettle. Although this is a common occurrence in most hotels. There are also no toiletries. For a hotel of this category, this would be expected."
