"On entering the hotel there is an unpleasant smell, a bit like old-fashioned urinal cake/cleaning fluid. The decor is also incredibly dated, giving the overall impression of having travelled back to circa 1985. We were here for lunch. The menu is quite small, usual pub suspects available. I had a roast, which was a generous portion. Unfortunately the vegetables were all brick hard, completely undercooked. My mum had soup, which came with a piece of heat and serve "baguette". This was so white and unbaked as to be inedible. The soup was greasy, and with an unappealing texture. This would be less galling if it had been incredibly cheap, but it wasn't."

"Great night sleep clean rooms throughout stayed there a few times really enjoyed the experience even though I was in rooms next to reception quite as anything. I didn’t hear any noise going through the doors after say 10 o’clock, which is great rooms had great equipment in there so showers really good nice and clean bathrooms. The beds always need me made. The stuff are really friendly helped me out of the invoices when I asked tea coffee maker TV is always working. The bed is nice and firm for me to sleep on the staff managed the manager. Alison was great this morning printing off my invoice."

"The environment of the house is good, but check-in and check-out are self-service, and there is a problem with the water pressure of the water heater in the room during the stay. There is no hot water. It is reported to Trip. The platform only replies to let me call the accommodation party by myself, but because I don’t have a local number, I can’ With children, I can only boil water and take a bath for two nights. Fortunately, it is not winter. It is mainly because Trip cannot effectively assist when there is a problem with the accommodation. If you want to book a room, you may consider other platforms that can directly contact the accommodation."
