This is the first time we check in this hotel.
Staffs are supper friendly n helpful; brilliant location, just a few minutes away from the 中山路步行街 n 鎮海路地鐵站, shopping mall next door.
Lighting in the room is too deem, n not user friendly to adjust;
I’m from overseas, don’t have local mobile number, need to contact front desk to connect the WiFi (first time for me to encounter this issue in China) Apart from the above two issues, the rest is excellent.

It’s my first time to stay at the Orange Hotel. It’s really nice. Except for taking a little detour when checking in, the rest of the experience is really great. It’s very convenient for shopping and traveling around. The room is clean and spacious, and the equipment is reassuring. Mr. Chen Qiang of the hotel is very considerate. , can help solve many practical problems and make us newcomers feel very warm. I give him a special thumbs up👍The breakfast is also good

The location is very good. There is a shopping mall next to it where you can eat, drink and have fun. There are night snack stalls about 100 meters away, with a full range of local snacks. The business hours are from 12:30 to 2:00 late at night, so it is very convenient to walk. Pillows: There are 4 neck pillows and 10 back pillows in total, very considerate. Lighting & Curtains: It is smart and has a refrigerator that can be used to store food. Shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, toothpaste and other daily necessities are all orange-flavored. The room has cute orange-shaped springs. Gummies, all-you-can-eat oranges at the lobby front desk, and free coffee from the coffee machine are also very good, very mellow! The customer service at the front desk is very kind and enthusiastic, and the price/performance ratio is very high. I am satisfied!
