如果不是導遊忽悠説這房很好，離三峽遊客中心近，我萬萬不會選擇這，簡直差的要命，倒了格林豪泰的名聲。屋裡地漏竟然無防臭，水管漏水嚴重，整個房間都是下水道臭味，還讓我用紙杯扣着才能好點。房間小的可憐。門縫大的離譜，一點都不隔音。有幾個*******一直再聊天，出去説了都不頂用，簡直***掉了一地。前台小姐姐服務態度特別好，值得表揚。

衝著格林豪泰幾個字來的，這是住過最爛的格林豪泰，也就百元以內水平，以後再也不住格林豪泰了，空調開了倆小時温度沒降下來，熱的要死，衞生間特別不衞生，花灑還是自動往下掉的，太差了。

酒店的服務、衞生、設施、環境等均為一般或滿意，無特別需要説明的情況。但不足的地方是因酒店坐落於主幹道馬路邊上，即使是關上窗户也是噪音太大，加之樓下的小吃攤的吃貨們大聲説話，導致整晚都沒有休息好…建議酒店方對此問題能夠有效改善，更有利於顧客的認可和好感！

酒店位置優越，交通便利，就在萬達廣場附近，晚上看宜昌夜景非常方便，附近吃飯也很方便，宜昌是一個美麗的城市，非常乾淨舒適。

帶孩子去旅遊定了兩間。半夜到的。花灑桿子都脱離牆面了。配備一般般。前台服務挺好，停車也方便。有人情味兒的酒店。上午退房了。提前和前台溝通，我們到快晚上才去開的車，沒有收費。

位置在萬達廣場附近，吃飯購物都比較方便，到三峽遊船碼頭步行也就20分鐘，還是不錯的。
酒店房間內部牆壁有點老舊不太雅觀，其他方面基本的客房都有提供。酒店工作人員服務還是很到位的。
