The room is spacious, but I have to complain about the design of such a large hotel that does not block light at all. The pillows are too bad, with lint, and I did not sleep well. Another unreasonable thing is that we had four hot spring tickets for our two-night stay, but we didn’t go on the first day. The three people who went there the next day were charged an extra hot spring ticket for one person. The key point is that the parent-child room I booked should be three tickets. The next day I changed to a room with a better view and a twin bed. I also paid extra for breakfast. I didn’t eat it the next day but they didn’t give it back to me. I was so angry that I laughed to death.
