Downtown Boutique Hostel
"The staff is super nice that she allows to go into the rooms first while she is inputting our data. Explanation on the room facilities is clear and the shared bathroom is clean and tidy too."
Hyatt Regency Zadar
"Very comfortable hotel, very new. The Japanese food in the hotel is good. At least there are Asian dishes. The sea view is good. The service staff is very friendly. It is a bit far to get to the attractions, so you need to call a taxi."
Hotel A'Mare
"Very nice buffet breakfast with so many choices. Though the room is not spacious but it’s decent and tidy. Walkable distance to old town and we enjoyed the stay so much."
Boutique Hostel Forum
"It’s really small… The bathroom is very cramped, and there’s no space to unpack, so I had to organize my things out in the hallway. The top bunk bed was hard to climb up to — it looked nice in design but felt a bit unsafe. However, the location is great, right in the center of the main attractions, so it definitely saves time for sightseeing."
Bastion Heritage Hotel
"The location is excellent, three minutes' walk from the Sea Organ. Located at the end of the old city, it's a quiet place amidst the hustle and bustle. Although it is a small hotel, it has complete facilities and the bathroom is spacious, bright and comfortable. Especially the morning service is very considerate, and the freshly ground espresso tastes very good. There are also various cooked breakfast specials with eggs made to order. Because they were so delicious, I ordered fried egg with avocado toast for breakfast two days in a row. It was a very good experience. I will choose this hotel again if I come back next time. The only drawback is that Ctrip posted a notice saying that there is a free pick-up service. We made a reservation with Ctrip in advance. Then when we called the hotel one night in advance to confirm, we were told that they did not have this service at all. We could only take a taxi to the hotel ourselves. I hope Ctrip will further verify whether the information given to us is wrong?"

"The apartment, located in the old town, was a very comfortable stay. The host was incredibly friendly and handsome; he even helped me carry my large suitcase upstairs – I was very grateful. Because it's in the old town, nearby attractions are within walking distance, which is very convenient. There are supermarkets and bakeries downstairs, which is also very convenient. The room was clean and hygienic. The only downside was that if you're a light sleeper, the old town bells would ring out intermittently."
Villa Valentina
"The hotel rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast is exquisite and of good quality."
Teatro Verdi Boutique Hotel
"The waiters are friendly and the rooms are clean."

Palazzo Venezia-Adults Only
Apartments & Rooms Petra
"I often don’t come by a five star hotel with so many reviews and after visiting the Petra’s apartments, I understand why. Stipe and his family are very welcoming, kind, and accommodating. Upon arrival, my friend and I were hours before check in. During this time, Stipe took us to a local cafe where we got to know each other and Zadar. After, he let us store our bags, gave us towels, and cushioned beach mats so we could rest on the beach while our room was getting cleaned. During our stay we had a problem with the shower not draining. When we brought up our concerns they fixed it immediately. Beyond their stellar accommodations, the location is great. The apartments are a five minute walk from the beach and bus station. There’s also a market right across the street. This wonderful family-owned property is a must when coming to Zadar. The care and concern Stipe and his family have for their guests is one of the reasons we had such an amazing time on our trip. Thank you all again for a lovely stay!"

"Overall not bad"
Villa Triana-Adults Only
"We had a gorgeous big room with wrap around balcony and wonderful views of the sea. The location is great with a supermarket, bakery and lots of restaurants nearby. There’s a very efficient bus service to the old town just outside. We called ahead and our room was ready early so thank you to Loretta snd Igor for this snd all the other efforts they made to ensure we had a lovely stay. Loved the fact the sea was right outside the hotel."
B&B Demar Residence & Dependance
"There are residential houses around the hotel. There are only a few restaurants nearby. You have to drive to get to the old town. The room is relatively large, nothing special. Free parking is available at the door."
Falkensteiner Club Funimation Borik

Hotel ZaDar
"This accommodation does not warrant a 4 star hotel !!!! As present it’s a 2-3 and it’s well over priced Pool side beds are shocking - no parrasels for shade Pool is small and ok but doesn’t look fully clean . I don’t agree with smoking being allowed in the bar area inside in such a small space it’s disgusting and smelly and very unpleasant when you don’t smoke . A couple of staff members look hostile they really need to smile more . One smoking like a factory chimney and looks untidy Faulty towers comes to mind Breakfast - no wonder nobody bothers showing up it’s RANK !!! Stone cold Embryo eggs at 7.15 am. ? Scrabble eggs look like they are re used days on end . I only end up having coffee melon and those chocolate craisants Beds - no sheets on just one covering mattress !! People screeming and jumping in the pool at 5.30 am ??? And kids in still at 9pm No standards set !!! Charging you taxes on your last day for your stay when you already paid in full for your holiday !!! You should be refunding half my holiday 900 pounds plus for 1 week . Postive - some staff did smile And bus station is on the doorstep to escape If all this feed back is taken on board then people will have a better view . "
Almayer Art & Heritage Adults Only Hotel and Dépendance Rooms
"Great access to the old town. The hotel is clean and reception staff are attentive. Breakfast was a selection of meals from a menu, the food was ok and choice was good value for money."
Luxury Rooms Contessa Vitali
"Located in Zadar's old city, next to a church and bell tower, it can be a bit noisy in the mornings because there are tourists downstairs. Also, the building is an old wooden structure, so you can clearly hear footsteps upstairs. If you're worried about being disturbed while sleeping, other options might be better."
Hotel Mediteran
"The overall feeling is not lost, the hotel decoration is like the 80s and 90s feeling, lack of light, all the electrical appliances in the room have to be separated to switch, the toilet flush can not cover the entire toilet, so there will be urine smell, electrical sockets only two tables. If you are carrying heavy luggage, bring your own strong man, because there is no lift, you have to lift up the stairs, the only good thing is that there is free parking and a terrace to see the beautiful view."
Luxury Rooms Kadena
"Because of some things, we need to arrive at the hotel a little later. Maybe the city is small and the front desk is hard to find. The female boss came to pick us up in person. She is a very beautiful lady! Candies were prepared for the children, and drinks and coffee were prepared for the adults. She also carefully introduced the must-see places in the old town. The room is fully equipped, beautifully decorated, and soundproof. We live next to the church and it is not noisy. The boss lady also prepared oatmeal and a kettle. If you are in a hurry, you can also solve dinner. Recommended!"
