"Very, very poor service. As our ferry was cancelled and we were forced to leave one day earlier (after staying and paying for 2 weeks), we asked at the reception if we could have a refund for one night. She checked back with the management and told us on the next day that management approved and she only needs us to hand in the cancellation and our bank data per email. After doing so immediately, nothing happened. We asked again after 2 weeks and they told us the manager was on vacation for 3 more days and she needed to sign. So we waited 2 more weeks and asked. The manager was "still on vacation". We asked again after 2 months and they simply started ghosting us. If this is how you treat guests of several weeks then this is just poor. Mind you, 11 months have passed by and we never saw a refund. Then why did you approve in the first place? Sorry but never coming back as there is no integruity at this place. they "solve" problems by ignoring their guests."

"Feel of an upscale campground, with big swimming pool, very good restaurant that serves delicious chargrilled steaks and comfortable individual lodges. We quite enjoyed our stay, tucked away from Zonza yet easily accessible. Room is clean, equipped with a small fridge and safety deposit box. Poblem is with wifi which is only present around lobby and restaurant area but at snail slow speed."

"Price is cheap compared to the other options but, BUT: - Towels and bed linen are not included (who travels with them?), they will supply for 15 euros. I wish they would inform it before we go, it is not expensive but it isn't necessary to be a surprise. - We had a lot of ants falling from the roof, some went to the floor, some to our baggage. It is really next to the nature, but still weird that they just said "sorry, it happens". - Room had no AC, but a fan. It can get quite hot during the day and fresher at night. - You need to take your own trash out, in our case, they put us on the top of the hill, 500 m from the reception, so we needed to take it all the way down. (if you do not clean your room, they will charge you accordingly). - Staff was kind and nice, but when we presented issues we got "that happens" or "that is common". - A good thing is that the bathroom and shower had proper net in the window, but sadly, not the front terrace door (the island have many mosquitos and spiders pretty much every where)."

"Second visit to this hotel based on an outstanding experience last year. We were not disappointed. All personnel were friendly and helpful, particularly the plagist Thomas and the breakfast/lunch serving staff. Reception went out of their way to assist with any questions or requirements and the voituriers were always prompt and helpful. The family used the spa treatments more than once and the therapist provided an excellent service. The location of the hotel and access to the beach is one of the great advantages of this establishment, however, the complete package of quality and service makes it a wonderful holiday destination. Merci to all the team."

"Stayed there 7 nights. 7 really calm and well-treated nights. Great and friendly stuff, clean rooms/tables/pool.Didn't really have the chance to try the mini golf, but a lot of people were playing, so I guess it was good.The beach was at 5-10 min on foot. If you prefer to be outside the town and to relax, then think of Olmuccio being in a reasonable distance from Porto Vecchio, and from a very good distance from some unique beaches such us Palombaggia, Fautea, San Ciprianu etc Although I was there for the "worst" season (11th to 18th August) which means a bit "pricey", I would prefer not to pay 9€ per person for breakfast, which was really poor. Other than that, really satisfied...."
