"I am disappointed with my experience at the hotel.
The laundry service is poorly managed. There is only one washing machine available for the entire hotel, which is not sufficient for guests. During my stay, one guest occupied the machine for almost the whole day and was even washing shoes in it, which raises hygiene concerns for other guests.
Breakfast service was also disappointing. Due to several group reservations, individual guests were told to come back after 9:00 AM, which was very inconvenient. Guests should still be properly accommodated even when groups are present.
In addition, one waitress named Ipotna had an unprofessional attitude. Her communication was unfriendly and made guests feel unwelcome. Hospitality staff should maintain a polite and approachable attitude toward all guests.
I hope management will review these issues and improve both service quality and guest experience."

"This hotel does not leave any wishes open! The suite was very spacious, very well maintained and clean and beautifully furnished. The view of the Austrian Alps is only the ”tip on the i”. The light as well as the Non-Disturbing function or the request for room cleaning can be controlled centrally via a tablet. The spa is impressively large, especially the sauna landscape has impressed us very much. The Eichenheim restaurant is the perfect address to make the evening out of the hot stone at a Vienna slice or steak. Also the staff is very friendly and welcome. All in all the perfect location, whether for a weekend trip or even longer. We will certainly come back!"

Great
OOnetrickjourneyAustria Trend Hotel Congress Innsbruck is conveniently located about ten minutes from the bustling Altstadt. Bus stops are situated just outside the hotel, and the funicular station is right at the doorstep, making it very easy to get around. There is also a supermarket next to the hotel, which is convenient for picking up snacks or drinks.
We arrived at around one in the afternoon, before the official check in time. The hotel allowed us to store our luggage, which gave us the freedom to head out and explore. When we returned later in the evening, the check in process was smooth and efficient, and we were assigned a room on level two.
The room was large and spacious, with ample space to relax. There were chairs and a table, which made it comfortable for resting after a long day out. The bathroom was equally spacious and came with a bathtub. The bed was comfortable, although the pillows were a little too soft for our preference. Also, the footsteps from the room above could be heard but remained quiet during silent hours. Housekeeping and towel changes were done daily.
Overall, the hotel offered great comfort and excellent value for money. It was a very pleasant stay and a solid choice for anyone visiting Innsbruck.
GGuest UserWhen systems replace people
Alpenpark Seefeld is, from an architectural and spa perspective, a high-quality hotel.
The materials, interior design and spa facilities show that a lot of investment and effort went into the physical space.
What failed completely during my stay was human communication.
A small misunderstanding regarding food turned into a deeply uncomfortable experience, not because of the rules themselves, but because of how rigidly and mechanically they were enforced.
Instead of clarifying expectations or simply explaining the system calmly, the staff reacted in a defensive, automated way, as if they were protecting a conveyor belt rather than speaking to a person.
At no point did anyone try to understand what I actually meant.
Instead, the situation was subtly reframed so that I appeared as someone “demanding something for free”, which was never the case. This role reversal felt humiliating and unnecessary — and it happened solely because no one paused for a moment to communicate as a human being.
The same pattern appeared again when I addressed the fact that my room heating was not working for two nights (later confirmed by technicians).
The response was not concern or responsibility, but a procedural answer: “You should have said something earlier, now nothing can be done.”
What connects these situations is not bad luck, but a systemic mindset:
rules over people, procedures over reality, defense over understanding.
This hotel does not have a problem with facilities.
It has a problem with conveyor-style perception of guests, where the goal seems to be closing interactions quickly rather than actually resolving them.
I am writing this not out of anger, but in the hope that the team pauses and reflects:
How did a paying guest end up feeling diminished, unheard, and mislabeled — in a hotel of this level?
With a shift toward real communication and accountability, Alpenpark Seefeld could be excellent.
Without it, even beautiful interiors cannot compensate for the emotional damage caused by robotic service.
GGuest UserNot our first and it won't be our last stay at the Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol, but we are used to a different service. This time the room wasn't as clean as one is used to from the Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol. There was dirt and hair on the floor. The room was dated.
JJohn Vincent (JV)*Reading the reviews prior of booking, one comment sticks in my mind was this hotel is a scam. First, I don’t believe as could be different experience. Also some says, staff are nice and friendly but there are also rude staffs.*
I was transferred to this hotel, i booked *junior suite* room with double sized bed. Sounds good right ? But it’s so, so.
Prior to check in, their policy is 2:30 pm. on the app is 2 pm. I arrived 1:36 and the reception want to charged me 15 euros, Instead I wait. She is rude, it reminds me the reviews, she is No customer service background.
The view from window is amazing, room is clean, bed is comfortable. However, shower is too short from the corner, I’m small but still not able to stand. Toiletries is on place, no room sleeper for cold floor. No mini bar, no tea or coffee (available in reception with charge), no pen and paper on desk and other basics on 4 star categories. The room is on attic, limited low ceiling.
Breakfast was basic, by the way the 2 young ladies are friendly, could be the trainees. What nice from selection is fresh orange juice from the machine, and freshly slice cured meat. The same lady from the reception is touching food with bare hand. Thanks I’m done of breakfast.
Sauna is stated as part of hotel facilities however it’s not functional on my 2 days stay. Reception said you have to wait 1.5 hours or to have notice ahead of time.
Overall, my first visit in Innsbruck was great however with this hotel was the last. Not guests service oriented.
GGuest UserTravel to Innsbruck town with families last week and booked this hotel for 2 nights. Arrived early so try our luck for early check in. Receptionist was nice and pretty, she let us check in early since our room was ready. They even provide us the Innsbruck Welcome Card since we spend 2 nights here. Hotel lift was quite small, just fit 4 persons (2 adults and 2 kids, along with 2 medium size luggage). Our room is on 3rd floor. Room got two double beds and an indoor balcony with stunning view of the mountains. Balcony got a small round table which perfect for drinking and enjoying the beautiful mountains view. Very comfortable room with all the facilities available. Kids love the room very much. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was provided, not many choices but its fresh and delicious. Hotel's staff was very kind and help us order what we wanted. When we heading to town, their staff even remind us to take umbrella because the weather is getting dark. Hotel's staff is so careful observation, she notices us stand at wrong side of bus stop, rush out and inform us about it. We really love this Basic Hotel very much. Very Basic and much love. Really recommend this hotel.
GGuest UserA very new hotel in innsbruck, opened this year. It’s very accessible as it’s near to innsbruck hbf and a small walk from the town area. As it’s a new hotel, the facilities are very new and modern. The rooftop bar has a good view of the Tyrol mountain range. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and warm.

GGuest UserWe travelled as a family of 5 across Europe and must say, we had the best experience at Adlers Hotel. Proximity to train station was good. Views from the rooms were the highlight. Staff were also very patient and friendly. All in all - a 10/10 experience for us. Will highly recommend.
GGuest UserAlthough small, it's quite clean. The location is good and convenient.

GGuest UserFor the price we paid (€350/night) we expected more. More helpfulness from the front desk, more attention given to the aesthetics of the room, and more care from housekeeping. The hotel charged us an additional €200+ euro to add our children to our two king suites. We found this outrageous Housekeeping did not replace our used coffee cups on our second day, so we had to clean them ourselves. The bath towels were thin and scratchy and were barely bigger than a dish cloth. Although many restaurants in town were closed due to the holiday, the hotel also closed its restaurant, so we ended up ordering take out from a falafel place. What “4-star” hotel doesn’t offer its guests a dining option when they know they are at least a20-min walk from any nearby eateries? We were quite disappointed with this stay and cannot recommend it in good conscience.
