Great location and near the train station Jingzhou. I would like to thank the staff Miss Sunny Ye for helping to speed up my check out as my deposit was in cash, and I was rushing for a train. The room service is excellent as well. Shopping mall across the road, plenty of food options and some activities for families. Room ventilation is fantastic.

The hotel is located right the busiest night market . The room we booked were too small and the lady boss offer us to upgrade to the biggest room with little fees. The hotel is at 3rd floor no lift. There is a notice board with phone number to call the hotel with helper to carry your luggage so no worry about it. The lady boss is kind and friendly. Sending guidance on good food to eat nearby. We tried and all good. Bus stop just in front of the hotel. Metro station also very near. Many famous must go streets just few stones away. Basically can just walk for the day no transport needed. Value for money.

This stay was perfect! The hotel lobby is elegantly designed, with green plants and warm lighting creating a tranquil atmosphere. The staff always responds to your needs accurately. From customized breakfast to nightly snacks, every thoughtful arrangement is heartwarming.
The new hotel has a grand lobby design, and the staff are warm and attentive. The rooms are spacious and odor-free, especially the bathroom, which is very spacious. The smart toilet is clean enough, and the toiletries are of good quality, leaving the skin feeling soft and comfortable after use. The restaurant is tastefully decorated, offers a wide variety of dishes, and the food is quite delicious, especially the noodles, which are served very quickly! It's a pity I didn't take any pictures!

The location is super convenient! X188 is right downstairs, which is great for anime fans, and the subway station is just a few minutes' walk away. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean, and the front desk service was excellent. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and they proactively warned me about the potential inconvenience and even offered to switch my room. I highly recommend this hotel!

I have to give a shout-out to the Crowne Plaza Yichang! From the moment I walked in, I felt the thoughtful service. The staff were all very polite, and their attention to detail was exceptional. Suri, in particular, was so warm and genuine. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city with convenient transportation and plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. It's perfect for both tourists and business travelers. It was comfortable and convenient, offering incredible value for money. I'm definitely coming back to stay in a few days!

Donghu Hotel, often called the 'guest house of Wuhan,' is a true emblem of the city, nestled on the shores of Donghu Lake. It's a delightful blend of nature and history. The sprawling 2800-acre grounds boast lush greenery and centuries-old trees. A 5-kilometer wooden boardwalk along the lake connects seasonal attractions like the Plum Blossom Garden and Lotus Pond. From my window, I had serene views of Donghu Lake, with Moshan and Luojia Mountains in the distance—truly peaceful and refreshing. This hotel is also famous as the place where Chairman Mao stayed 48 times, earning it the nickname 'Hubei's Zhongnanhai.'
The room rate in early March was very reasonable. The gardens were vibrant with blooming flowers and lush willows, offering beautiful lake and mountain scenery, perfect for daily strolls. The hotel's electric carts were always available to take guests to Hotel Gate 2, which conveniently leads directly to the southeast gate of the Hubei Provincial Museum.
Guests can visit Chairman Mao's former residence within the hotel grounds for free, but reservations are required at the front desk, with tours at 9 AM and 3 PM only. The guides were very knowledgeable and engaging.
The dining was another pleasant surprise. Breakfast offered a rich spread of both Chinese and Western dishes, and I especially enjoyed the local Wuhan specialties like Doupi, Mianwow, and Hot Dry Noodles—they tasted even better than outside. I also had lunch at the restaurant and tried the famous Steamed Wuchang Fish, which was incredibly fresh and tender, living up to its reputation.
Overall, the hotel's service was meticulous and attentive, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Donghu Hotel definitely left a wonderful impression on my trip to Wuhan.

We chose this hotel for our Chinese New Year trip, and it was very kid-friendly! The staff even prepared amenities for children. The lobby had a strong New Year atmosphere, and the staff were very kind to the little ones. The surrounding area has complete facilities, making it easy to take the kids out. The front desk service was also incredibly warm and welcoming, and the location is super convenient, right next to Wanda Plaza, so shopping and dining are just a stone's throw away. The hotel facilities are also comprehensive. Highly recommended!

Excellent experience, truly great value for money. Since we traveled during the off-peak season, they upgraded our room type. While the breakfast selection isn't as extensive as a five-star hotel, it's still very good. Every time we encountered staff members or the front desk, whether we were coming or going, they would proactively greet us and tell us to let them know if we needed anything.
The location is excellent, near the pedestrian street but just outside of it, so it's not noisy. Jianghan Road Night Market was the best night market I've visited in the past few days.
For us, hotel cleanliness is paramount, and this hotel's overall hygiene felt very good. We'd definitely choose this place again on our next visit.

This hotel truly offers excellent amenities. We only spent a few hundred RMB, but it felt like a full-blown vacation – such great value for money! The Southeast Asian-style lobby is beautiful and perfect for photos. Our room was very spacious, and we could even enjoy tea on the balcony. My favorite part was the hot spring area; there were so many varieties, and the wave pool was a blast. My child had an incredibly fun afternoon there. On top of that, the breakfast spread was incredibly rich, and there were so many parent-child activities we couldn't possibly try them all. They even had a foreign staff member operating a trendy mini-train and unique activities like making intangible cultural heritage lacquer fans – clearly, a lot of thought and effort went into making the stay special. The front desk staff had a wonderful service attitude, and we even got a discount on breakfast. The overall experience was simply phenomenal!

The hotel interior is really beautiful with strong chinese culture. We had activites at night 7.30 pm, learning about taoism culture and some taichi moves. I also tried copying scriptures, really fun. The lobby and tea seats were really beautiful. The hotel also provides evening desserts such as boiled red bean and other drink which I don't know the name. From my room window I could sunrise, but the next day was cloudy and nanyan palace was folded in thick fog which gave misterious yet calming feeling. Bathroom was clean, which I was glad for (really important for me). Breakfast was delicious (I love the wonton soup) and the staff were all very friendly. Next time if I have chance to visit Wudang Mountain again, I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

We had a really pleasant experience with the hotel especially some of the bellboys and front desk staff! :) Hotel staff were also very quick with our request of getting extra bottles of water and room slippers. The room had a good view and their place is really very spacious and clean. Special shoutout to front desk staff Ryan, who went above and beyond to help us resolve and coordinate our many parcel deliveries. He even helped us to contact the drivers personally. Also to Yuki, who was really helpful with assisting our checkout smoothly. We are overall pleased with the service, location and cleanliness of Wuhan Marco Polo and will be sure to recommend to others!

I recently stayed at Somerset Future Center Wuhan and was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of my experience. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated and impeccably clean, providing a true sense of comfort and relaxation. One of the standout features was how quiet the hotel was despite being in a perfect location. It is close to key attractions, dining, shopping and cinema. It offered the ideal balance of convenience and tranquility. All of the staffs are very friendly: from reception, housekeeping, gym and dining. Our special requests are fulfilled, we can borrow wheelchair to assist my mom to travel around, and we are extremely grateful. During the stay, I had the privilege to know some wonderful staffs such as Daisy, Kylie and Amy from the restaurant. They were absolutely wonderful, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a great experience. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options to suit all tastes. The hot dry noodle and beef noodle were very tasty, top quality. This hotel has exceeded all my expectations. We would surely book this hotel again when returning to Wuhan. Until then, see you and thanks for the wonderful experience!
This is a brand new hotel, clean and tidy, the rooms are smart, the lady at the front desk is enthusiastic, the room facilities are complete, and there is a 24-hour front desk, there are things to do downstairs and a lot of food😍Recommended

Quanji Hotel, Xiangyang review I spent two nights at Quanji Hotel in Xiangyang, and I left with a mix of impressions some solid wins, one or two quirks, and a sense that this place knows what travelers like me actually want after a long day of sightseeing or meetings. First impressions - Exterior and lobby: Modern, clean, and uncluttered. The lobby feels calm, not trying too hard to impress you, which is nice after a long train ride. The check-in process was smooth, with staff who spoke enough English to help, but not so much that you felt talked down to. - Location: Pretty convenient depending on what you’re here for. It isn’t in the center of Xiangyang’s busiest streets, but you’re within a comfortable walk or short ride to key spots, plus there are eateries nearby that aren’t overhyped tourist traps. Room and comfort - The room itself was a solid 4-star vibe: tidy, well-lit, and surprisingly quiet for a hotel in what feels like a busy area. The bed was comfortable—firm enough to support a good night’s sleep but soft enough that you don’t feel like you’re lying on a board. - Amenities: Decent desk space if you’re traveling for work, reliable Wi-Fi, and a reasonable layout. The bathroom was clean with good water pressure and a practical layout. A few small things felt a touch “budget-first” like standard toiletries and a shower curtain rather than a glass enclosure—but nothing deal-breaking. - Cleanliness: Overall good. Housekeeping did a thorough job during my stay, and I didn’t notice any telltale corners being overlooked. It’s the kind of place where you feel comfortable dropping your gear and not worrying about dirt or mess. Service - Front desk and staff: Friendly and helpful. They stood by for recommendations on dining and local spots without turning the conversation into a sales pitch. When I asked for directions or a printout of an itinerary, they were efficient and patient. - Housekeeping: Prompt and discreet. No intrusions at odd hours, which I appreciated.
This hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly. The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

Shell Hotel (Lanjia Road Metro Station World Trade Jinshang Yangtze River Branch) Review As a loyal and returning guest, I am delighted to share my latest experience at the Shell Hotel. This stay has once again exceeded all my expectations, confirming my belief that this hotel is second to none. Quality: The Shell Hotel offers superior quality in every aspect. From the pristine cleanliness to the impeccable service, it stands head and shoulders above the Hilton Hotel downstairs. The attention to detail and commitment to excellence are evident in every corner of the hotel. Scenery: The views from the hotel are breathtaking. Whether gazing out at the bustling cityscape or enjoying the tranquil surroundings, the scenery is unparalleled compared to the Hilton. The hotel's location near the metro station and World Trade Center also adds to its charm.
