"I visited Wuyuan with my friends and their children. After comparing various options, we chose Four Points by Sheraton Wuyuan. Upon checking in, I felt we made an excellent choice. The hotel's location is incredibly close to the high-speed train station, just a few minutes' walk, and they even offer a shuttle service to the station. Being newly renovated, all the facilities are top-notch, and there was no smell of new construction. The service was very warm and attentive, actively addressing all our needs. There's a travel agency located in the hotel lobby, offering one-stop consultation for tour arrangements. We hired a private car directly to Huangling, departing before 7 AM. The journey took 40 minutes, allowing us to avoid the holiday crowds during the National Day Golden Week. The rooms are quite spacious, and the breakfast was also good."

"Overall, the stay was very good, but there were one or two minor flaws that need to be addressed. On the first day, after arriving by high-speed train, the front desk upgraded my room, which I really appreciated. The first flaw: In the afternoon, I was exploring the city. I returned to my room around 5 PM to rest a bit before an evening stroll along the Ganjiang River. Suddenly, a staff member knocked on my door, saying they were delivering rice noodles. I was in the bathroom at the time, so I asked them to leave it at the front desk and I'd pick it up later. As I was about to lie down for a short nap, there was persistent knocking and ringing at the doorbell, again for the rice noodles. At that point, I even questioned if they were truly hotel staff, especially since there was no peephole to check. I asked them to just leave it at the door, and as they left, they asked me to write a good review. When I left at 6:30 PM, I did see the rice noodles, which finally put my mind at ease. The second flaw: The soundproofing in the hotel isn't great. On the second night, I could hear activity from the neighboring room. The hotel's facilities are excellent. It's a short walk to Tengwang Pavilion, a bit further to the Dashiyuan morning market, and even further to the 666 bus that goes to Haihun Hou. Walking in the opposite direction, you'll find Wanshou Palace and the subway station, making it very convenient for getting around. Also, the front desk mentioned that the hotel is the closest to where the National Day fireworks will be set off. Finally, if you're going to offer complimentary rice noodles, it would be better to provide them during check-in."

"Location/Surroundings: Convenient transportation. It's not far from the Pavilion of Prince Teng, and snack streets like Hama Street are within walking distance. Wanshou Palace, the August 1st Nanchang Uprising Memorial Museum, and Jewelry Street are all within a 10-minute taxi ride. Service: Pretty good, with a wide variety of breakfast options."

"Hoping for a better night view experience, I booked the Zixiao duplex room with a slide at Yangxian Village almost half a month in advance. The check-in speed and front desk service response were very timely, the environment was great, and the soundproofing was pretty good! Although the bathroom drain was blocked and water seeped back, it was resolved quickly, so the overall feeling was still okay! I even overlooked minor issues like my elderly family member complaining about the noisy dehumidifier at midnight, which led me to unplug the main power. In the subsequent follow-up, I gave a very satisfactory response. However, shortly after, I received a call from the hotel asking if I had touched the dehumidifier, saying that a screw had fallen off, causing the fan blades to stop rotating completely. They asked again if I had touched it. I stated that I had only unplugged the main power, and I saw a 'Please do not move' sticker on it, so I didn't dare to touch it. Furthermore, the white fan blades weren't moving the first time I squatted down to look for the power cord. Although the customer service repeatedly stated that they were just verifying the situation and there would be no subsequent accountability, it still left a bad taste in my mouth. From a tourist's perspective, I still don't understand why such a noisy dehumidifier would be placed in the room. It really affected my rest (or perhaps it was actually quiet before and only became noisy because it was already broken?). Of course, this is just a minor flaw. If not for that phone call afterward, I probably wouldn't have even mentioned this little incident... If the experience were rated out of 10, deducting this minor flaw, I'd give it 9.5 points!"

"I highly recommend the Borna Hotel! The front desk staff were very friendly, and check-in and check-out were quick. They were patient and thorough when answering questions, providing very attentive service. The room's cleanliness exceeded expectations; the floors, bathroom, and bedding were spotless, with no dust or odd smells in the corners, and the wet and dry areas were well-maintained. The overall environment was quiet and comfortable, and it was convenient for getting around. It was a very pleasant stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Ganzhou."

"Definitely a five-star review! My friend and I were traveling together. When we booked, there were no twin rooms available. Upon check-in, I asked the front desk lady if any twin rooms had opened up, and she said someone had canceled, so she upgraded us to a twin room! She also heard we had just climbed Mount Sanqing and were very tired, so she provided us with foot soaking tubs. It was such a relief to soak our feet after hiking! The service was five-star, the room was very new, and the environment was excellent. A truly satisfying stay."

Strolling through the city, wide and smooth pedestrian paths and scattered lights along the way gradually unveil the modern ambiance of this ancient city. The local markets hide the unique flavors of Ganzhou. There's the fresh and spicy chopped chili white fish, the firm and refreshing Nanchang fried noodles, the slow-simmered clay pot soup embodying the warmth of the old town, soft and juicy soup dumplings, and local street teas infused with江西's unique taste. The high-rise commercial districts are bustling with crowds, while small street-side shops exude a warm glow, where old and new scenes gently blend. The hotel service is attentive and thoughtful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the location is excellent, and transportation is convenient, making it very easy to get to tourist attractions. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay."

"The room check-in experience was fantastic! They even offer complimentary congee and sweet soup in the evening. Also, the room key holder comes with a complimentary pottery experience card, which you can use to either try clay shaping/pottery making for free or exchange it for a small cup!!! On top of that, the customer service was amazing."

"Overall, I'm satisfied with the hotel. It's very close to the guesthouse reception center, probably about a 5-minute walk. Getting to the scenic area takes a little over ten minutes. The room size was quite good, not the 20 square meters that Ctrip stated – I guess there are varying sizes. The complimentary snacks, something like sour plums, were nice. Breakfast met the expected standard for this price point. They offer free luggage assistance to your room or near the guesthouse center. It's also very close to the bus stop for the high-speed train station. If you're sick and need medication, the hotel provides a complimentary car service to a nearby clinic, which is about a 5-6 minute drive."
