The hotel is right across from the beach, located at the end of the main street, which is convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. The hotel's pool is small but quite clean.

Conveniently located near the beach, just a 300m walk to Bai Trung Ghenh Rang. The hotel offers great views, spacious rooms, and full amenities. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic.

We arrived by taxi about 30 minutes from Quy Nhon city. It's quite a large resort hotel, and the front desk staff spoke English. The view from the room was incredibly beautiful, and we were very satisfied. We also used the hotel's restaurant for breakfast, and tried their à la carte menu for lunch and dinner. We stayed in Quy Nhon for a month and tried buffets and restaurants at other hotels, but this hotel's restaurant was the best! The beach was right in front, just a one-minute walk away, and it was a comfortable private beach with few people. We walked to the pier and enjoyed the beautiful ocean view from above. All the staff were friendly, making for a very comfortable stay. This time we only stayed for two nights, but next time we come to Quy Nhon, we'd love to stay for about a week.

All in all I stayed 4 times (= more than 3 weeks) in this fantastic hotel and I can't praise it enough: From well maintained spacious rooms with nice sea/coast views, a perfect location just 200 meters to the beach, a great swimming pool on the rooftop, a very delicious breakfast with many choices to - and this is most important - a great team working here. EVERYONE is nice, from reception to restaurant staff and even the housekeepers! Special thanks to Phuong, Lan, Hien and Bich, but also all the others including the manager - good job!

An Unforgettable Stay – World-Class Service and Exceptional Hospitality! I recently spent 3 days and 2 nights at Grand Hyams Hotel Quy Nhon, and it was an absolute delight. Among all the hotels I’ve stayed at, this one stands out for delivering the absolute best service, hands down—all thanks to their incredible staff. From the moment I arrived and was greeted by the bellboy, to the seamless check-in process and moving up to the room, every single interaction was top-notch and highly professional. The breakfast buffet was another highlight of the stay—the quality and variety of the food were impressive, and serving fresh whole coconuts was a fantastic touch! Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend Grand Hyams Hotel to anyone visiting Quy Nhon. I will definitely be back!

The room was spacious with a partial sea view, but some walls looked old, and the sofa was quite dirty with what seemed like food stains. The blanket also looked a bit worn. Service was okay, but it was inconvenient when checking in or requesting extra towels; I had to call, and messages sent via Trip.com went unanswered.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location with breathtaking balcony views! However, the reception staff could be a bit more tactful in their communication. Additionally, the furniture in the room is quite outdated, which detracts from the overall experience.

I've stayed at this hotel for a long time. The young team of staff is wonderful and helped me with everything! Thank you very much! The breakfasts are delicious, and the rice flour dumplings are simply amazing! The fruits are incredibly sweet and ripe; I haven't encountered such good fruit in any other Vietnamese hotels. The hotel is well-located, with the GO supermarket, cafes, restaurants, the sea, and a promenade for walks nearby. However, it can be noisy in the evenings due to the disco at the restaurant across the street. I recommend this hotel! Thanks for having me!

We stayed at FLC Sea Tower for 3 nights and it was a refreshing change from typical hotel stays. Instead of a small room, we had a modern, fully furnished apartment—with a kitchen, washing machine, spacious living area, and a sea-facing balcony. It gave us the freedom to cook meals, do laundry, and enjoy breakfast with an ocean view. The apartment felt clean and cozy, and the location is unbeatable—right across the beach, and surrounded by local restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores. It’s perfect for families or long-term travelers. One downside is the parking—there’s no basement parking like hotels, and you need to pay for a nearby lot. Also, there’s no front-desk service like in hotels. But if you’re looking for space, independence, and a local-living vibe, FLC Sea Tower offers much more than just a bed. It’s not just accommodation—it’s your home by the beach.
