"We had a nice big room with beautiful nature view. The breakfast was delicious. We’ve enjoyed the adults only spa (even it costs in addition). The roof top pool is amazing and the service was excellent. We would book it again."

"Very warm hotel, very comfortable. The restaurant waiter Mette was very enthusiastic. It was very late when we arrived and she prepared dinner for us. Especially helped us find the lost gold pendant, thank you very much! The restaurant has a variety of animal heads, and a zebra skin, which is very distinctive."

"A very beautiful courtyard complex with lovely, like-new rooms that are bright and modern. Communication before and during our stay wasn't always perfectly clear, but overall, 2 out of the 3 front desk staff were very friendly. The breakfast staff were also friendly, though perhaps not as well-trained as one might expect at a hotel of this caliber. Breakfast was good and the quality of the food was good, but the execution could have been better (for example, the scrambled eggs were often lukewarm). Nevertheless, it was a pleasant extended stay overall."

"Topklasse service. Havde forespurgt på tidligere check in, hvilket de ville sørge for. Receptionen ringede tilbage på ankomst dagen for at bekræfte at det var muligt. Samtidig blev jeg oplyst om at der var ændret parkeringsregler. Virkelig god service. Morgenmaden er meget lækker. Her kommer jeg gerne tilbage til."

"Visited Horsens for the Thomas and Uber Cup and picked this hotel as there were not many choices in the city. The location of the hotel was fine and took less than 20 minutes of driving to reach Horsens city center. The room is nicely maintained and clean. The availability of a convenience store nextdoor is a plus as games ended very late at night and it's great to have some bites after that. However, despite that the hotel is under the Sheraton hotel chain, there were quite some areas that had fallen short of expectation. First, there were insufficient staff and you would have to wait and hope someone would turn up at the reception desk. Second, there was no amenity available, not even slippers, toothbrush and other basic things. Third, there was shortage of towels and I could only get one large towel after 10 hours of stay in the hotel, and I was never able to get a fresh one in my 4 days of stay. Bathroom mat was not available and thus the floor was always wet after shower. Lastly and most importantly, the staff failed to update my period of stay and my key card was disabled on my last day of stay. When I returned to the hotel after midnight, i could not get into my room and the reception was closed with no one there to help. I had to make a call using roaming to the helpline, and spent over 8 minutes of international calling and probably hundreds of dollars of call charge to get my key card functions again. That totally blew my trip as it should not happen in the first place. All in all, quite a dissatisfied stay."

"Un excellent séjour ! Notre séjour s'est vraiment très bien passé. L'hôtel est d'une propreté irréprochable et super bien équipé, on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. Côté table, la nourriture est très bonne ! Le seul petit bémol concerne les petits travaux actuellement en cours, mais cela n'a en rien gâché notre expérience. Pour tout le reste, c'était vraiment parfait. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !"

"Really tiny room. AC doesn’t exist. Ok for short stays, avoid for longer trips and during the warm period. I would also skip the breakfast as there was barely anything else besides scrambled eggs and cold cuts."
