"Had a very nice stay. Staff was accommodating. About 11 minute walk to metro. Breakfast was good, but overpriced for the offerings. No complimentary housekeeping for stays under seven days. Would definitely stay again but would not pay €36 per day for a couple for breakfast. If they want to charge that amount, they need to offer higher end breakfast items. Also used the airport shuttle which was a nice benefit."

"We had an excellent stay at Grand hotel. It is literally the very centre of the city which meant we could walk everywhere. In the square outside, there were sometimes events going on which we enjoyed watching from our room. We got a suite which had a beautiful bathroom. It was very clean and tidy."

"Loved this hotel and had a great stay !!!! Just steps from the Saint Roch train station and centrally located to centerville . The hotel is beautifully designed and modern . It has a great bar scene with a huge terrace and the service was on point! The rooms are spacious , quite , well planned and designed . I was very pleasantly surprised by the gem and looking forward to my next stay !"

The hotel was exactly as the photos showed. I was surprised to be asked for 150 euros deposit, This needs to be more transparent before booking. It’s difficult to find where this wording appears. Also my room on the 5 floor was almost impossible to sleep in due to very strong cooking smells permeating my room, from where I’m not sure. A shame because the hotel is very convenient for the main railway station in Toulouse.

Hotel have great location and just walk distance to Lourdes Sanctuary. Receptions staff friendly and quick response with our request. We have experience the aircon does not work in the afternoon and water heater does not work in the early morning. Hope they could better in the future.

The hotel's location is superb, right on the central square with the Town Hall nearby. Here’s a clearer, more polished version of your review while keeping your honest tone: ⸻ B&B Hotel Toulouse – Review The hotel is in a great location for visiting Cité de l’Espace. We were able to park at the hotel and walk to the attraction, which was very convenient. The staff we encountered were lovely, and the room was very clean. There was also good free Wi-Fi and a wall-mounted TV. However, there were several drawbacks. We arrived at 9pm and found there were no staff on site. Instead, we had to use a digital check-in system to obtain codes for both the building and our room. As there were two of us, the system required separate details and email addresses for each guest before issuing the code, which was frustrating after a long journey. The restaurant next door was closed (it doesn’t open on weekends or public holidays), so we had to walk over a mile to find food, which wasn’t ideal late in the evening. The air conditioning was ineffective, it made a lot of noise but didn’t actually blow any cool air. We ended up opening the windows, but it was a very hot night, so this didn’t help much. The bedding wasn’t 100% cotton, which made it uncomfortable in the heat. Finally, the shower was extremely small and wouldn’t be suitable for a larger person. No carpets in the rooms.

I arrived in the evening after a long train journey. The receptionist whose English was brilliant immediately put me at my ease, giving me all sorts of useful information - including where to get a meal and how to get out from the garden side. My room was across the garden and largely unlit so it was a bit of an adventure getting there the first time. The decor and facilities in the room itself were a little 1960ish., though it did have an iron and ironing board so I was able to neaten myself up before going out. I did feel a little nervous using the shower as the bath was plastic and I’m a large old guy. I found getting in and out slightly tricky. Breakfasts were good though.Montpellier itself was strange - lots of grandiose architecture but not much shade. The old town was slightly disappointing somehow (but then I was only there for a couple of days). Leaving was complicated by another national day of (in)action. When I heard that the tram I needed to get to Montpellier Sud de France station had been held up by the demonstrators in town, reception came to the rescue and ordered me a taxi so I was able to get the train back. So to sum up a quirky hotel with terrific staff.

The location is fantastic! It's an 8-minute walk to the train station and a 9-minute walk to the bus station. The Capitol Square is just 12 minutes away, and the river is about a 15-minute walk. There's a Lidl supermarket right across the street, and a Carrefour City about 2 minutes away. I've been to Toulouse dozens of times, and I can't believe I never noticed this place before. It's right off the main street, with plenty of dining options and easy access to public transport. The hotel also has a 24-hour front desk! The air conditioning in the room works great, and while the shower stall is small, the water temperature and pressure are excellent. For the price, it's a really good deal! There's also a small kitchen corner with a microwave and other basic appliances in the downstairs restaurant. The only downside is that it's an old building without an elevator (though the staircase is beautiful). This wasn't an issue for me, but it might be inconvenient for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

We stayed at Hôtel Golf Fontcaude for more than a week during winter, and overall, it left a very clear impression of being well maintained and thoughtfully equipped. The first thing that really stood out was how clean everything was. The rooms, common areas—everything felt spotless and well cared for. That sense of cleanliness immediately made the stay more comfortable and reassuring. The hotel is also well equipped, especially with the many rooms featuring a kitchenette. For a longer stay like ours, this made a huge difference. Being able to prepare simple meals and settle into a routine gave the place a practical, almost apartment-like feel. That said, staying there in winter came with one small drawback. The floor was quite cold, and without carpet, it was noticeable—especially in the mornings. It didn’t ruin the experience, but it’s something worth knowing if you’re visiting during the colder months. Overall, Hôtel Golf Fontcaude felt clean, functional, and well suited for longer stays, particularly if you value space and self-catering. A warm pair of slippers in winter would definitely make it even better.

I have stayed at Hotel Continental several times over the years and it never disappoints. It is good value for money, the hotel is spotlessly clean, very close to the sanctuary and with several shops, including restaurants and take-out venues, nearby. It has a welcoming feel to it and lovely, helpful staff. They changed my room since there was availability without any fuss when I found that the original room had a bath and I have problems getting in and out of one (admittedly, this was my fault as I should have stated so during the reservation, but I'd never had a room with a bath before and I assumed all rooms had showers). I was informed that the fourth floor was all recently fitted with air conditioning, which is not a common feature in Lourdes hotels as far as I can remember. Even though I had a room partially overlooking a busy street, the double-glazing did its work and the noise didn't disturb me at all. The buffet breakfast is also very good for a three star hotel. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Lourdes.

Everything with the hotel is excellent. Check in staff and house keeping are nice. One thing needs consideration is to resume provisions of bath mat in the shower room. Its a safety measurements. The bath tub is slippery when the shower is on. Amenities like toothpaste, tooth brush, slippers could be saved but safety measurements could not be sacrifice.
