I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is ideal, right in the heart of downtown Montpellier and close to the train station. The welcome was professional and pleasant. The room was well-equipped.

The room was nice and clean. My main issue with the hotel is the misleading advertisement about offering a shuttle bus to and from the airport. It turns out that they don't provide a shuttle bus to and from the airport after 11:00 PM, and they don't offer such service on the weekends, starting on Friday. These are essential details that the hotel should have shared online to give customers clarity of choice. I arrived around 11:30 PM at the airport and called the hotel. They said that they had stopped the shuttle bus service at 11:00 PM. When I arrived at the hotel and asked about the shuttle bus for the next day, Saturday, since I had a morning flight, they told me that they don't offer such service on the weekend. I chose this hotel because of the shuttle bus service they claimed to offer. This service is not acceptable for travellers due to a lack of clear communication regarding the shuttle service's schedule, which is critical information for travel customers.

Понравилось обслуживание в отеле, сотрудники на ресепшене и горничные доброжелательные, отзывчивые, нацелены на помощь и поддержку, местоположение отеля отличное - пляжи рядом, рестораны вокруг, рядом аренда велосипедов. В номере было тихо. Вайфай стабильный. Красивый закат из окна) На балконе стол и 2 стула - можно и сушить вещи, и завтракать с красивыми видами. Этаж 4. Понравилась идея с электрическими жалюзи. Удобная кровать.

We arrived in the late evening (~10pm) and received a very good service! It was all clean and very good, we enjoyed it  They accept dogs for a 5€ fee The breakfast has many options (salty and sweet)

Excellent séjour, bel hôtel

The view of the room is very good, ten minutes away is the public beach, very convenient. The hotel environment is closed and parking spaces are not worrying. The breakfast is not very rich, some chicken ribs, but there are no other cafes and bakeries around, you can eat at the hotel. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, but it is not close to various supermarkets. The only thing that can be improved is that some of the sisters who clean the room are not very careful. They often forget to replenish drinking water in the room and go to the restaurant to ask for it.

An absolutely superb hotel!! A beautiful building, a listed historical monument. The welcome both in the evening and in the morning is simply incredible. The rooms are very spacious, and the bedding is very comfortable. The breakfast is good. I just think you need a degree in business to figure out how the hot water in the shower works :-) Otherwise, it's a 10 out of 10 without hesitation. Also very close to Saint Roch train station (100 m).

Catastrophic: air conditioning that doesn't work, refrigerator in pantograph, no water at my arrival at 16h .... No responsible, only young trainees who tried to do the best by offering free drinks, The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. And the next day when you leave: no excuse presented.
