The staff were so friendly and welcoming, we arrived and rooms were spotless, everything we needed. Did have a little musty smell but it's an older building didn't spoil they stay. We ate in the lounge bar food was lovely staff again were great. We requested a quiet room and it was didn't hear a noise peaceful stay. There's a nature walk on the grounds it was nice of an evening to take a little stroll lovely surroundings I'd stay there again

A beautiful hotel in a gorgeous location, with lovely Italian gardens and very accessible to all places. The Spa facilities were excellent. The breakfast choices were superb and catering for all requirements. The staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. We had an awesome stay. Thank you Welcombe Hotel .

The hotel is close to the railway station, about ten minutes' walk away, and in the city center, with shops and restaurants all downstairs, which is very convenient. The room and bathroom are very large and quiet, and the bed is very comfortable.

The rooms were small but it did the job of staying somewhere reasonable priced! The air conditioning didn’t work. But the positive was there was tea/ coffee making facilities, & free WiFi.

Mmanami_co2I stayed here for 2 days. It takes just over an hour by car from the rental car company near Heathrow Airport. Parking was 5 pounds per day. It was a good location for touring the Cotswolds.
I saw about 4 staff members, and they all welcomed me kindly.
The room was clean and just the right size. The bathroom was clean and nice. There were many outlets, which I think is convenient. Towels and a hair dryer are provided. It seems that you have to ask for housekeeping at the counter in advance. I forgot to ask, and I only asked for towels to be changed later, but they changed them right away.
I think it's better to prepare body soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush set, etc. in advance.
It's very convenient because there is a gas station, restaurants (KFC, Starbucks Coffee, etc.) and a supermarket right next to it.
Thank you for your polite service. I would like to go again if I have the opportunity.

GGuest UserAnother great stay here, our room was the exact same as usual however some of the lights were abit naff or didn’t work this time around, no major issues but shame compared to previous stays. Likewise the tv remote was very temperamental this time around. But as it was booked in advance for a cheap night it was great.

GGuest UserI paid online three days before I arrived at the hotel. When I went to check-in, I said that I had not paid yet. After I found the evidence for him, I could check-in smoothly !
The wash basin is slow to drain water, and only staying for 2 nights has little impact 
The shower type shower in the family room, the fire is not convenient for children to use

OOgunsanyaAs an individual traveler, I appreciate the hotel's proximity to my office, which is only a 10-minute walk. The hotel provides excellent amenities, including a microwave and refrigerator, which is fantastic. However, I was disappointed by the limited parking, the fact that some restaurants are closed on Tuesdays, and the non-functional sockets in my room, which prevented me from using the fridge, charging my devices, and even using the kettle. On the bright side, the staff is incredibly friendly. Vikas and a kind lady whose name I didn't catch were both very helpful in resolving the socket issue.

KKA CHUNThis is a very distinctive cabin hotel! Although it is a cabin, the facilities inside are complete (but there is no refrigerator), the decoration is full of medieval style, and the whole park has an ancient atmosphere. The environment is green and beautiful, and you can see wild ducks swimming and foraging by the stream. There are games for children in the park and regular entertainment programs every day. Children like it very much.
The overall price is good, I have a wonderful holiday with my family here!

GGuest UserWell presented rooms, came with fridge and microwave. Well maintained and the location was great for my intended needs. Attached to a friendly pub offering food and drink, the front gates are locked after pub closes making it nice and secure for your vehicles over night.

KKellywryOn the first day of check-in, a room fan was broken, a room light was broken, and several rooms were changed that night. The stay experience was very poor! However, the two beautiful women in the hotel had a better attitude. The next day, they changed the room and calmed our anger. Ctrip's follow-up was also timely and refunded the room rate for one night.
