"This annex, newly opened in 2023, is super convenient! It's just a 5-minute walk from Ise Station, and another 5 minutes to a Family Mart. The train station to Ise Jingu Shrine is right downstairs. There's a mini-bar in the lobby that's open all day. For breakfast, every guest gets one large and two small croissants, and they're delicious! Plus, there's a microwave on every floor. The sheets, bedding, and bathroom – everything is spotless. All the staff are incredibly polite and friendly. I even saw them cleaning rooms, working together like a well-oiled team."

There were some shops open until around 10 PM, so I could go for a walk even after relaxing at the hotel! I couldn't go this time, so I'll save it for next time. (T_T) I was shocked that the room service I ordered was cold. The room didn't have a microwave, which was a problem! The food was delicious!! There was also a snack and drink set that looked delicious! Thank you so much!"

"The stay was very pleasant. I used Tsu as a hub to visit both Ise Shingu and Nachi given that there are rapid and limited express trains running from Tsu. The hotel is situated directly next to Tsu station with various restaurants situated near it. There is a shopping strip located about a 13 minute walk from Tsu station with Uniqlo and a large supermarket next to it. As for the room, the beds were comfortable and spacious. Various amenities such as toothbrush and shavers were provided. There is also a free coffee machine located next to the check in desk. I will highly recommend those who plan to visit Mie prefecture to stay here!"

"I was incredibly lucky to snag a room for my last-minute reservation, especially since it was right before a three-day weekend! This was my first time visiting Toba, and I traveled by car ferry. The hotel was conveniently located close to the ferry terminal, and the views were absolutely stunning! They had three different baths, and the food was delicious too!! For dinner, the Matsusaka beef Ise Udon was a highlight, and in the morning, the white miso soup with mekabu was so tasty!! I also bought some of the delicious nori tsukudani (seaweed paste) that was served at breakfast from their souvenir shop! And some local sake too!! Everyone was so kind, and the atmosphere was really welcoming and gentle, making me want to stay again. I'll definitely be back!!"

"Hotel was well located and easy to find. Room was comfortable but no housekeeping if you stay consecutive nights. Fresh towels were just placed in a bag and hung outside our door. They did not enter the room to clear rubbish nor place the fresh towels or make the beds even though I specifically requested it. Carpark was free. Coin laundry was also available."

If you force me, I would be grateful if you could always park in front of each room."

I had a wonderful stay at Suzuka Circuit Hotel. The room was clean, neat, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a full day of activities. One of the biggest advantages is the location — close to the theme park, which is incredibly convenient, especially for families with children. The dining options were excellent, with a wide variety of choices available. Breakfast was particularly impressive, offering something for everyone and a great start to the day. Another highlight was the free parking, which made the whole trip much more convenient and stress-free. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and hassle-free stay. We used this hotel as a family celebration trip. The facilities were beautiful and lovely, but what really impressed us was the warm and wonderful service from the staff. Due to the earthquake in Russia, trains were stopped and we had no means of transportation, but they extended our check-out time and were very accommodating. The food was delicious, and each dish was carefully prepared. The breakfast buffet was also very satisfying, with so many options, including Japanese and Western cuisine, that we couldn't finish it all. We signed up for morning yoga, and started the morning off right in the open space surrounded by greenery on the property, listening to the birds chirping and feeling the breeze, which was a wonderful way to start the day. Next time we visit, we'd like to enjoy a cruise or something similar.

It's a clean and nice hotel. However, the bathrobe-style loungewear is easy to come undone, and the knot hurts when you lie down, which is annoying. It's quite stressful for someone who has come from far away and is tired and finally arrives at the hotel. I look forward to the future. The staff's service is polite and elegant, and the location is very close to the station, so I would like to use it again in the future. Personally, I don't think it's necessary to serve customers with masks. I remember that the WHO also announced that masks are not effective for either coronavirus or influenza. Japan is the only country that is lagging behind in wearing masks, and it has become part of the etiquette at work, but it's scary to serve customers without seeing their faces.

During my recent stay at Hotel R9 at Yard Tsu, I had a mixed experience, resulting in an overall rating of 3 out of 5. While the hotel was generally acceptable, there were some notable drawbacks. One major issue I encountered was the cleanliness of the rooms. I was disappointed to find a significant number of insects on the walls, which was quite unpleasant and off-putting. As a result, I had to deduct points and give it a rating of 3 out of 5 for cleanliness. Additionally, compared to my previous stay at another Hotel R9 location, the price at Yard Tsu was slightly higher. However, it was still within an acceptable range considering the overall quality of the hotel. Despite the drawbacks, I must mention that the hotel's staff were courteous and attentive, providing decent service throughout my stay. In conclusion, while Hotel R9 at Yard Tsu has some room for improvement in terms of cleanliness, its reasonable price and satisfactory service make it an acceptable choice for a short stay. However, I would recommend management to address the cleanliness issue to ensure a more pleasant experience for guests.

We were quite happy with the hotel, which was fairly new and service staff were very helpful. While preparing my toast, a staff came back again to offer a tray. The common area was fairly adequate with a lot of seating, access to a microwave, small stove and fridge. As an added bonus, there is aluminium foil and plastic wrap available. Room size was decent, and the design of the layout was good. The hotel seems to be in the middle of nowhere, and it was noticed staff were extra careful to explain with the restaurants nearby.

It was nice that all rooms had ocean views and the rooms were spacious and spacious so you could relax. However, the poor manners of the people using the large public bath were very noticeable. Despite a notice at the entrance warning people with tattoos not to use the bath, people with very bad tattoos were using it, and children started swimming competitions in the hot springs while their mothers didn't warn them. I don't recommend using the hot springs after eating around 9pm. There were no locks on the shoe lockers, so when I returned I was in trouble because the slippers for the building were not where I had put them. I felt that improvements such as making the tattoo warning notice more noticeable and putting locks on the shoe lockers would be appreciated.

The hotel is easily reachable by car, but if you are using the train, it’s 30/40min by walk or you should jump on a bus. Nearby there are konbinis and a supermarket, which is super useful if you want to eat at the hotel and take advantage of the microwave (there are not a lot of restaurants nearby). The hotel is clean and comfortable—if you want, you can also book a private bath room for free, which is great. On top of the usual amenities, you can also find different options for shampoo and conditioner (ex. one for damaged hair, etc..)
