"The front desk staff were very attentive. The room was spacious, with a table and a soft sofa. The view from upstairs offered a 360-degree panorama of Pakse city. The room was also clean. There's a gym on the 5th floor, a swimming pool, and a spa room. Breakfast was delicious too."

"Lovely resort in Pakse which faces the Mekong river so there is a lovely view and breeze! The staff were amazing from the cleaners to the receptionists. I'm sure this resort will get very popular soon as it is a hidden gem. I stayed over Christmas and was able to have the receptionists help me book activities during my stay. I would recommend booking their taxi service from the airport as there are no local taxis available."

"This hotel has an excellent location, with plenty of ATMs and restaurants nearby. The staff provided great service and care, and the room looked clean and tidy upon entry. However, I have to deduct stars because I encountered many inconveniences during my stay: 1. The TV didn't work at all. I couldn't watch any channels. Even after calling reception for help, it still didn't work. 2. The TV remote control had no batteries. 3. The air conditioner was leaking so much that even the staff member who came to fix the TV noticed it. 4. The refrigerator was not working. I tried plugging it into every outlet, but it still didn't turn on. 5. There was no chair in the room as shown in the pictures. When I brought food in, I had to sit at the bedside table to eat. 6. In the bathroom, the water didn't drain at all when showering. The water level rose all the way to the toilet. 7. The room was not soundproof at all. I could hear every conversation from people walking outside the room. Plus, someone knocked on the neighboring room's door in the morning, startling me awake because I thought it was our room, but it wasn't. Also, the noise from the air conditioning or what sounded like construction in the back was very loud. I hope this feedback is constructive for future guests and the hotel. I really liked the staff; they were very helpful and spoke Thai very well."

"I stayed at Paksong Danngarm Hotel for one day and one night and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is clean, quiet, and located conveniently in the center of Paksong, making it easy to explore nearby cafes and the coffee plantations in the area."

"The room review stated it was beautiful, but it was the complete opposite of reality. The power went out at 9 PM due to rain and didn't come back on until midnight. Everything was pitch black. If you were staying alone, it would have been quite scary. It also seemed like the hotel was undergoing renovations, or perhaps it was just a period with fewer tourists."

"Such a lovely hotel! The atmosphere is great, it's very clean, and the staff are wonderful. It's located right in the city center, which is super convenient. You really feel like you're on a true getaway; just being at the hotel melts all your stress away. My only minor complaint is that breakfast isn't included in the room rate. I do think the room price is a bit on the higher side, but it's not a deal-breaker. You can always order à la carte, or there are plenty of restaurants nearby."

"Giving 100% to the staff's attentiveness! Everyone, every shift... The hotel is made up of two shophouse-style buildings, newly renovated inside. The cleanliness is quite good for this price point compared to other places in this city. There was a minor issue on the day of check-in, but the staff took great care of it. It's close to the market, near scooter rentals, and there's a massage shop right across the street. It's convenient for many things. I recommend renting a scooter directly from the accommodation when you visit this city. During the rainy season, the atmosphere is quiet and there aren't many people."
