"We stayed there during the off-season for about €20 per person, including breakfast. Although the pool wasn't open, there were activities like bingo, making for a very enjoyable stay. It's about a 20-minute walk from the Renfe train station, but only a 5-minute walk to the direct bus stop from Barcelona. The location is excellent, as it's also close to the sea. The walls of the room were a little thin, and we could hear some noise from the surrounding area, but it was tolerable. The heating was noisy, so we turned it off at night. The bathroom was tiled, which wasn't what we expected, but it was clean and well-maintained."

"L’hôtel est super sympa. Les chambres sont correctes. Le service de nettoyage impeccable. Le petit déjeuner masterclass. Premier hôtel où je vais où on sert du vin mousseux au petit déjeuner. Les produits sont frais. Le personnel très accueillant et compréhensif. Le petit plus c’est leur consigne à bagage pour ceux qui voyagent un peu plus tard."

"This hotel is located right by the beach. The rooms are spotlessly clean and well-maintained. You can step directly onto the beach for swimming and sunbathing, and there's also a hotel swimming pool. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. While they do have underground parking, it was full, so we used a nearby public parking lot. We found this to be safe and easy enough to find a spot. Tossa de Mar is about an hour's drive from here, making it a good base for exploring the surrounding beaches."

"A short stay for of 2 days was booked with Triip.com for one adult and 2 children under 10, to join us who were booked in a day earlier for three days. Our three day booking was direct with the hotel, half board. The hotel is marked 'adults recommended' and they sure discourage children, by seeking to charge per occupancy rather than simply on a cost per room. The Trip site quite fairly offered the room at the rate for two adults, with children under 12 free, so this is what was paid. Half board was added but at the rate for two adults, which would be greater than the actual hotel rate for one adult and two children, but I was happy to have reserved restaurant secured. Things got messy at check in, the hotel insisting that the room was occupied by three 'persons' as they put it and should therefore be 50% extra, though the room was the same type as the twin we had for two adults. The Hotel also insisted that only breakfast was provided, and tried to argue that the B2B rate from the third party (Trip) was insufficient. I politely pointed out that the discounts provided to third party agents was no concern of the customer, and referred to my booking voucher which clearly stated I had booked a twin room, into which was going 1 adult, two very small children, and that breakfast and dinner was paid for, with the rate for 1 adult being greater than twice the local charge for a child. They were impossible to deal with, and I left the reception angry and upset. I contacted the Trip representative and by that evening it was sorted. Full marks to Trip, zero to the hotel. As for our stay, the hotel is excellent, but with room to improve. Dinner in the Buffet only commences at 8.00, resulting in quite the bunfight if the restaurant is busy. It was on that Thursday, a national holiday, and it was impossible to order wine and beverages after we seated, with a single service person taking orders. We ate our food dry, and finally placed an order for wine and water while eating dessert, some 40 minutes after seating. The same bottleneck occurred the next morning at breakfast, with the four snail paced Nespresso machines totally incapable of dealing with the coffee demands. Worse, all 4 machines overheated and went into 'service mode'. Worse again, these obviously unsuitable barista machines were the only source of hot water for Tea or infusions, but with no seperate hot water dispenser faucet. You had to stand for almost 2 minutes while the machine slowly dispensed through the coffee outlet, a single mug of hot water, to the frustration of the queue behind. This needs sorting, it took ages to get a breakfast beverage every morning, and on the second day I had to return 4 floors to my room and fill my cup from the in room Nespresso maker. I'd advise to bring a travel kettle with you. Otherwise, a fine hotel, but the restaurant problems and discriminatory pricing for children are an issue, so not a hotel for children."

"It should be noted that the hotel is clean in terms of facilities, but the bathroom and bed linens are very, very poor quality, the towels look like rags and the sheets look like furniture covers."

"The environment here is pretty good. These photos were taken on May 7th. It's super convenient to get to Barcelona city center by metro, though sometimes there might be slight delays. There are also beaches nearby. Just a heads up, they don't provide slippers, and the toothbrushes are a bit low quality. Other than that, everything else is great, and the soundproofing is also quite good."

"Nice hotel, beautiful room, good location, I was there in July, what I missed was a cover on the bed, there was only a layer on the bed and in the box also no cover. Declared next day, you must ask for a cover at the bar, found that separate, now had unnecessarily cold, had not been necessary. The breakfast was good, you can also go to the Spa for 12 pp."

"This is the second time we have been here. As always, we have served 10 people. Despite the Covid19 problem, the accommodation was super enjoyable, with perfect facilities, cleaning service for 10 people and the accommodation was great. There are no two without three, so we will have the opportunity to return as soon as possible."

"The hotel has its own boutique supermarket which is very convenient for shopping and parking is free The restaurant used to be good, but the last time I went there because of a change of chefs, I felt that my level has dropped a lot. The hotel rooms and bath products are very good. Open the balcony door and go out to the swimming pool. The swimming pool is not big but it is better than you can see the sea."
