Guest UserThe room was very clean and the hotel had great access to the Grand Place, with many lively restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. Getting there from the station involved a lot of slopes and cobblestone streets, which might be a bit challenging with heavy luggage, but it wasn't far. The twin room we stayed in on the second floor didn't have an elevator, and it was hard to carry our heavy bags up. According to the floor plan, most other rooms seemed to have elevators, so maybe we just got unlucky with our room. However, it didn't face the street, so it was quiet. Being on the second floor, we could only see a mural from our window, but a friend who stayed in a single room on the fifth floor said they could see the Grand Place, so higher floors might offer better views. The front desk staff were friendly and happily stored our luggage for the next day. Overall, it was a good hotel. I'd like to stay here again if I have the chance.

My first time at the hotel was great. The second time, towels had a smell of some dog. After a shower, I also had a smell of that dog. When you go to shower you don't think about sniffing the towels, and then after shower you have no choice rather than just use what you have. Funny on one side, disgusting on the other. I understand that some guests can use towels to wipe their dogs, which is I think disrespectful to other guests, I would never do that, however hotel housekeeping stuff could notice this smell, and simply place normal ones. For some reason, they didn't do that.
Just an advice: smell towels in the hotels BEFORE you go to shower! Somewhat disappointed.

_GjB_Excellent hotel. Nicely decorated. Very friendly staff. Beautiful room. Minor issues were some broken lamps and the coffee not being refilled, but these things can happen. The bed was excellent. The room was a bit dark, but there's not much you can do about that. Overall, a great stay.

Dee SparksConveniently located just 15 minutes from both the train station and the main shopping district, this hotel offers an ideal base for exploring the area. It stands out as one of the better options in its category, offering comfort and excellent service.
The staff are a true highlight – friendly, attentive, and responsive to all enquiries. A special mention goes to Merle, who went above and beyond to assist us with travel arrangements. Her warm and professional manner made a lasting impression.
One area for improvement is the breakfast offering. Guests with dietary restrictions or those who avoid meat and eggs may find the options somewhat limited. Expanding the menu to cater to a wider range of dietary needs would enhance the overall experience.
Overall, a highly recommended stay with thoughtful service and a prime location.

Guest UserTheHilton the Hague in the scenic Zeestraat is worth your money. My room was big size and so was the bathroom with a lovely bathtub. The view is a bit meh, but there is enough to do or to see in the neighborhood. The only thing I did not like was the (too) loud popmusic over Sunday breakfast.

Guest UserHighly recommend. Me and my friend stayed in one room. One room has enough space for big luggage. Bed is big enough. Toilet is really clean even you share with others.
A few things were the ac broke down. The first day was really hot and feel like sauna.
One huge thing is the locker is free and you can basically use it whenever you want.
Really good sound proof. Can only hear footstep while inside.
Safe. Never need to worry people rush in your space.

DaimingtianThis hotel is a great choice for business trips to Rotterdam. It's centrally located with lots of shops nearby. Both the bathroom and the room itself were quite comfortable. Being so close to the train station means you won't be rushing to catch a train to Amsterdam for your flight!

Guest UserWell-located hostel. But it's nothing more than a hostel. Towels cost extra. The dorm rooms are a bit worn. There's a large lobby with a pretty well-stocked bar. A bed for over 35 Euros isn't exactly cheap, but it reflects the generally high price level for accommodation in the Netherlands.

Guest UserWe booked just one day in advance at a very reasonable price and were truly pleasantly surprised! The breakfast is delicious, and I think €20 is a fair price. The only thing I might suggest adding is perhaps salmon or mackerel. The beds are lovely, though the duvet is really too thick for this time of year! (In the middle of summer), which meant we didn't sleep as comfortably as we could have. Otherwise, the hotel is well-insulated; housekeeping started early in the hallways, but we didn't hear a thing from our room, nor did we hear any noise from other guests or rooms.
We arrived quite late (10 PM) and were even able to have dinner! The service staff are incredibly kind and genuinely go out of their way to help you. I found the cocktails a bit pricey, but they were delicious.
In short, I would definitely recommend this hotel (provided there's an option to change the duvet... after all, you come to sleep comfortably 😉)
