"We only stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights – we were short on time, so we only picked the most interesting cities to explore. On the plus side: it was clean, comfortable, had a large and cozy bed, and pretty much everything you'd need. However, the lack of slippers was really noticeable. As for the negatives: like many large hotels, they have a paid system for early check-in and extra hours. But the most unpleasant thing was being made to wait two hours upon arrival, under the pretext that 'the room wasn't ready yet.' After a long and tiring journey, such a wait is a real test of patience. During our stay, there was noisy construction outside our window, which would definitely wake you up early in the morning."

"Ok let's start with Abigail ( hope spelling is correct) She was delightful. Checked me in and gave me several pointers for where to go, what to see and directions. Other staff there hangIng out also a great tour guide, sorry did not exchange names. The room was good. Only the shower was rough to enter with the glass door opening only part way. Was noted when I checked out to repair. But soo much walkable places close to eat and drink."

"Great little hotel round the corner from the train station. The rooms were basic and compact but really well designed and had everything you need. No tv or kettle in room but hot water and lemon water provided plus good free WiFi from streaming. The staff were friendly and helpful! "We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is great, close to all the major tourist attractions. Initially, we booked a room with our breakfast. The receptionist offered to upgrade us to executive room with breakfast and the room was immediately ready for our early check-in. The breakfast experience was very good. We were greeted by the head chef who did our dishes well. The only thing that did not go so well is the elevator maintenance. Of the two elevators one was under maintenance so the waiting time was quite long. But we were warned about this when we checked in."

This hotel is also strange. The cups and the cups for brushing teeth are disposable paper cups, which have been like this for so many years. The dining is not bad, very lively, there may not be many choices around."

"We had a lovely stay in the king family room. It was a nice clean room with king size bed and bunk bed. There was a kettle and tea and coffee in the room. The bathroom was a good size and clean. We left our bags in their storage the next day which was easy and safe. We would stay here again."

The hotel staff were very friendly and happy to answer all our questions. The breakfast buffet was simple, but had everything I needed. The room facilities were complete. The hotel's location is very convenient, with tram and train stations nearby.

Conveniently located just 15 minutes from both the train station and the main shopping district, this hotel offers an ideal base for exploring the area. It stands out as one of the better options in its category, offering comfort and excellent service. The staff are a true highlight – friendly, attentive, and responsive to all enquiries. A special mention goes to Merle, who went above and beyond to assist us with travel arrangements. Her warm and professional manner made a lasting impression. One area for improvement is the breakfast offering. Guests with dietary restrictions or those who avoid meat and eggs may find the options somewhat limited. Expanding the menu to cater to a wider range of dietary needs would enhance the overall experience. Overall, a highly recommended stay with thoughtful service and a prime location.

TheHilton the Hague in the scenic Zeestraat is worth your money. My room was big size and so was the bathroom with a lovely bathtub. The view is a bit meh, but there is enough to do or to see in the neighborhood. The only thing I did not like was the (too) loud popmusic over Sunday breakfast.

This hotel is a great choice for business trips to Rotterdam. It's centrally located with lots of shops nearby. Both the bathroom and the room itself were quite comfortable. Being so close to the train station means you won't be rushing to catch a train to Amsterdam for your flight!

Impeccably clean and spacious room with full kitchen and a comfy bed. Extremely convenient location adjacent to metro station and in the centre. I liked the working space as well and made use of luggage storage without no issues. Frequent fire alarms was the only issue that I would complain of(had 2 in 4 days). Overall I enjoyed my stay and I would stay here if I were to visit Rotterdam again

The price was good, which I appreciated. It's a shame the kitchen wasn't available for use. As with other A&O hostels, the room cleanliness was insufficient and lacked a sense of tidiness, which I hope they improve upon.

We booked just one day in advance at a very reasonable price and were truly pleasantly surprised! The breakfast is delicious, and I think €20 is a fair price. The only thing I might suggest adding is perhaps salmon or mackerel. The beds are lovely, though the duvet is really too thick for this time of year! (In the middle of summer), which meant we didn't sleep as comfortably as we could have. Otherwise, the hotel is well-insulated; housekeeping started early in the hallways, but we didn't hear a thing from our room, nor did we hear any noise from other guests or rooms. We arrived quite late (10 PM) and were even able to have dinner! The service staff are incredibly kind and genuinely go out of their way to help you. I found the cocktails a bit pricey, but they were delicious. In short, I would definitely recommend this hotel (provided there's an option to change the duvet... after all, you come to sleep comfortably 😉)
