The smell of smoke was coming into our non-smoking rooms, even though we specifically requested non-smoking. This was very bothersome, especially since I was traveling with children. I personally didn't like the location; it's about an 8-9 minute walk to the Haram, which feels a bit far, and it takes even longer if it's crowded. Unfortunately, the rooms have no soundproofing; we could clearly hear street noise and sounds from the hallways. On a positive note, all the reception staff were very respectful and professional.

The hotel was very clean and well presented. For a three star hotel everything was a good standard. The location was the best . Only 15 minutes walk to masjid Nawabi. They provide shuttle bus to drop off and pick up every 30 minutes. The food was an additional, complimentary with the room. The breakfast during Ramadan is replaced by Iftar. Overall house keeping was very good and very attentive to your needs. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard with good quality towels and the bed sheets were 100% cotton. The bed were firm and very comfortable.

Rooms were a bit small but clean. Staff was hospitable, polite and well mannered. Not too far but far for those with small kids and who don’t like to walk much 😄 or in the hot sun. Breakfast was in adjacent building and was reasonable. Same menu for the two days we stayed.

Excellent hotel for a stay near the Prophet's Mosque. Check-in was a bit slow due to paperwork. It's close to the entrance, and there's a bus stop for line 400 to Medina Airport just a 10-minute walk away. The food quality and cleanliness could be improved; the meat was dry and tough, the instant coffee unappetizing, and the croissants sticky. However, there were still some breakfast options to choose from.

Absolutely excellent, Masha'Allah! The cleanliness and tidiness were superb, and even the amenities provided made it feel like a five-star hotel. They've thought of everything you might need, from toothbrushes and cloth slippers to an iron and ironing board, in addition to the usual towels and shampoo. Truly outstanding! The staff were quick and professional in their service. It's definitely worth experiencing, though the location is a bit far from the Haram, about a 30-minute walk. By car, it's close, and they mentioned having a bus, but I didn't try it personally. Overall, an excellent experience and worth trying again if they maintain their high standards.

Good location, close to all the points of interest in the city of Yanbu. However, it is a little bit far away from industrial area. A very typical Ibis hotel, very convenient.

Great hotel, staff and services. It’s 30 minutes away from Masjid nabwi. Rooms are very clean and decent size. Definitely worth booking if you’re going to medina with family.

The staff spoke English, friendly and very helpful. The room is spacious and clean. Location is a bit further from the haram but still a quick taxi ride away.

It’s a nice hotel located not too far from masjid nabawi. Walk takes like 15 to 20 minutes. Once you get to the quba walkway then it’s pretty straight. A lot of shops and restaurants nearby which is good. Location is quite. Also masjid nearby. The rooms are good size. They have a fridge. Smart tv if you want to put something on for the children. Easy check in experience. The only thing they could address is maybe the bathroom. The shower should have a shower glass so the water doesn’t go everywhere. The toilet tissue became wet when I used the shower as it’s located right next to the shower. Other than that pretty good.
