Family-run home hotel, the staff were very friendly. The room facing the street was clean and comfortable stay. As for the location of the hotel, all the main attractions in Elzrum are within walking distance. There are restaurants, shops and supermarkets in the area, so I think there is almost no problem. Breakfast is also available, so it is a very satisfying hotel overall. You can recommend it with peace of mind.

Хороший отель с очень удачным расположением — всё рядом. В номерах чисто, тепло (что важно для Эрзурума!) и есть всё необходимое для отдыха. Персонал гостеприимный и отзывчивый. За свою цену — это один из лучших вариантов в городе. Рекомендую!

Hele fijne hotel. Uitgebreide ontbijt en schone kamers

Расположен в центре, окна на улицу, но было тихо. Пешеходная доступность всех достопримечательностей. На улице, где стоит отель, два супермаркета. Номер просторный, но мебель немного обшарпанная, штора была оборвана (муж ее починил). В номере нет чайника, но внизу есть бойлер и чай пить можно сколько хочешь. На ночь включают батареи, есть одеяло в шкафу, поэтому мы не мерзли. Кровать удобная. Несмотря на включенное на ночь отопление, пол холодный и днем прохладно, берите пижаму и тапочки, ночью на улице минус. Уборки за три дня не было. Очень приветливый портье, помог с бронированием билетов на автобус, днем позже рассказал, как их выкупить в турбюро в городе, спасибо ему большое за отзыв! Завтраки с 7.30. есть картошка, яйца, нарезка сыра, джемы, масло, мед, огурцы и помидоры, из фруктов мандарины и яблоки.
