Super close to the airport. Excellent for transit. The airport transfer service is complimentary and reliable. Driver made clear instruction on pick up so that it was smooth. Transfer to the airport was arranged on arrival to the hotel. The room is big with high ceiling. There is nothing to complain about the room. Just there is no supermarket / restaurant near by the hotel.

It may be a little inconvenient to have heavy things because it walks about 10 minutes from the subway. The garden and poolside are cozy. Some of the staff are friendly. It is difficult to use the cleaning around the water from early morning. The customer layer becomes cheap.

location is very good and convenient, staffs are friendly and helpful, room is spacious and view is good if you can get the room face the Main Street, overall the hotel is good

This hotel is a real gem! The airport shuttle drops you off right across the street. They even offer free luggage storage if you're returning for another stay. We had to check out at 5 AM for our flight, and they thoughtfully packed us a breakfast to go – that was incredibly kind. The room itself was great too, very clean and well-maintained.

It was OUTSTANDING, everyone at this hotel provides the best service a 5 Star hotel can give. From the concierge all the door people, the front desk, to the RESTAURANT where I had the BEST salmon Salad ever, (I asked to please put on the grill my raw salmon and it was late at knight, they were closed, they where cleaning) and they pleased me any way, I even asked if I could take it into my room, and they gave me Room service. I LOVED THIS HOTEL!, I will highly recommend it to EVERYONE

The front desk staff doesn't seem to have any interest in working. No greeting and blackface throughout. Saw us struggling with luggage at the front door without providing any assistance. Both just stare at you. This hotel is very expensive with poor service. I guess you pay for the location and convenience.

The hotel is not bad, it is located in 30-40 minutes walk from the historic center and 5 minutes walk from the metro. Good view from the window to the Andes. The staff is not very welcome and cheerful, but it has not prevented our rest. Unfortunately, there is no teapot in the room, only a coffee machine with 2 capsules for 2 days per 2 days. And a glass bottle of water, as if it were poured out of the crane.

Very good hotel, nicest reception ever, higly recommend for business trip.

Bastante aceptable. Desayuno bien. El extractor del baño mejorable, pero la cama cómoda. Es pequeño, falta un poco de luminosidad para mí gusto, pero está Ok. Limpio.

The hotel was alright overall, located in a relatively safe area, but the breakfast was just average. There's a Chinese restaurant nearby, run by people from Anhui, and the food was to my liking, though not exactly cheap. Overall, it was alright; I'd probably stay here again next time.
