Facilities: Very thoughtful amenities, and the breakfast was exquisite. It was especially quiet at night. Cleanliness: White walls and white tiles made everything look very clean. Environment: We were upgraded to a junior suite with a huge terrace overlooking a garden. The room decor had a lot of local character. Service: Very welcoming and helpful. Since my train wasn't until later in the afternoon, I requested a late check-out until 2 PM through Trip.com, which they kindly accommodated.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel in Samarkand. There's no elevator, but the staff are very helpful with luggage. The rooms are well-equipped with a welcome amenity, and they are clean and cozy. The location is excellent, right next to Siab Bazaar, Bibi-Khanym, and Shah-i-Zinda, with everything else within walking distance. This is the first hotel I've stayed at with a coffee machine and excellent coffee (the owner personally selects the superb beans)! The staff are polite and attentive, and the breakfasts are delicious! Thanks to Trip.com for this recommendation! And thanks to the hotel owner for a wonderful stay!

Top hotel, one of the best in town, with spacious rooms, restaurant, swimming pool (indoor and outdoor), gym and everything you need. The place was clean and we had a confortable experience. I would recommend.

The room was very clean and spacious. The owner speaks English, which was helpful. The map he provided was excellent; all the restaurants recommended on it were fantastic. Since it's a guesthouse and not a hotel, only essential amenities are provided. The shared kitchen was a convenient feature. As of June 2026, there was construction in the surrounding area and the roads weren't fully paved. When I tried to leave the guesthouse, my Yandex Go rides were canceled twice because they couldn't reach the property. It's recommended to book a taxi from near the main road (about a 5-minute walk) or from Registan Square (about a 15-minute walk). This was a bit inconvenient, but it should be fine once the construction is finished. Overall, I highly recommend it because it's very affordable, especially since accommodations in Samarkand can be quite expensive. This is a good hotel. We stayed at the Hilton before this, and this hotel is no different in terms of quality. It's clean, and the housekeeping is daily, with excellent staff. The downside (we stayed in March 2026) is that there's absolutely nothing nearby. The fountains weren't working, and neither were the water park, amusement park, or shopping center! In the summer, during peak season, it would probably be wonderful here! But not at any other time of year!

An excellent stay in a beautiful hotel with best ever service. I enjoyed really much. The room was equipped with high end technologies. The breakfast is fresh, great selection and gluten free options available upon request. The view is excellent. For information: the hotel is located in highly secured and very well developed closed area. It’s very clean modern and security controlled but not in the center of a city. You have to keep it in mind when you plan your trip. It requires 15 more minutes by taxi to get to the center, but in return you live in a very high standard & modern area with gated entrance.

The location is just okay. It's about 2-3km by taxi to the main attractions, but the main road outside the hotel is very congested, making it time-consuming to get a ride. The hotel facilities are good, and the decor is very new. In the morning, you can see the distant snow-capped mountains from your room. I really love the bed here; it's soft, cozy, and the largest among the three hotels I stayed at during this trip. The front desk service varies quite a bit. When I checked in, there were two male staff members who were rather indifferent. At the time, there was a Chinese tour group in the lobby, and it seemed someone was injured and needed assistance from the front desk, but they were quite unhelpful. However, the young lady I encountered when checking out was fantastic – very friendly and professional. Her name is Sevinch, and I hope everyone staying here gets to meet this kind front desk staff member.

Everything else was fine, but they charged $10 for a bottle of mineral water in the room, even if you didn't drink it, which is pretty odd. The area around the hotel is very quiet and spacious, with fountains and many luxury hotels nearby, making it very convenient.
