The reception staff at the hotel were very warm and friendly and took the initiative to introduce me to where there was a fitness center and swimming pool, restaurant, beach, etc. There is a spinach center on the first floor of the hotel. There is a restaurant in it.

Service: Most dependent on who is in the bar. The young lady is a top! When we want to book a night, the proposal does not take account of discounts, on the contrary, the upgrade we received when checking was fully accounted for any extension. Online books would have been 30€ cheaper than extending the bar! Problems with airco: it doesn't work. It is quickly very warm in the room. Although reported several times; not resolved. Further perfect location!

We stayed there for one night. The location is amazing and just at the heart of the center. We had to leave in the very early morning and they accepted to serve us the breakfast thank you the kitchen lady. Highly recommended this hotel if you will come. Our hotel view was the lake this experience was also unforgettable! Thank you..

Everything was perfect excepted the mattress is too soft and it makes your back pain. For Breakfast : Suggestion on all vegan drink, please make sure that the open date is not too long that suggested on the box otherwise the taste gonna gone off like I experienced Chocolate Soya ( it tasted sour already) Also, it would be nice if you have the signs tell what each item is due to not everyone knows and some they don’t eat pork, beef or chicken.

Very nice hotel, both the room design and the backyard are very good. It looks small from the front, but it is actually very good and beautiful. The restaurant is very delicious

The hotel is next to the train station and bus drop off point which is very convenient. It’s about a 15 minute walk into town but the scenery on the way is fantastic. The rooms are a little small, especially for 2 adult and a child but if you’re there to see the city, you don’t spend much time in the room anyway.

Hotel to be recommended Excellent experience, fantastic breakfast with a view, very attentive staff, very adequate (basic) room (the large ones must be great), very pleasant, almost luxurious environment, full of little touches, like chocolates on arrival, and a triple socket to plug all devices in one place. A place I will return to.

The room was clean, the location was excellent, the building was very distinctive, and the front desk service was very good! Must be praised. Equipped with bars and restaurants. very satisfied! The surrounding environment is also very good!

I was pleasantly surprised that a 3-star hotel would have a pool. Luckily, we caught a heatwave during the first few days of our trip, so we could swim. By our second day in Bruges, the weather had cooled down, so no more swimming for us! 😄 The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance of the train station, but if you're traveling with luggage, I'd recommend taking the bus for just one stop. The fare is 3.4 euros, and you can pay by credit card. There's a kebab shop near the hotel; their fries were fantastic, but the meat tasted a bit off. There's also a Chinese restaurant nearby (run by non-Chinese owners) where you can find stir-fried noodles, fried rice noodles, and similar dishes. The breakfast was excellent, and it seems hotel breakfasts in Belgium are consistently good. There's a wide variety, including fresh fruit, hot dishes, and even a waffle maker so you can make your own waffles. The staff were attentive and friendly. Bruges truly is a perfect city for a vacation.
