The cabin was pretty good overall. Just something to keep in mind, if you're staying in a duplex, you'll want to pay attention to whether you get the top or bottom unit. This time we were in the bottom unit and it was a bit noisy; you could hear the sounds from upstairs. The bathtub was also a little worn and it was the only shower option. Aside from that, everything else was quite nice.
This is my second time staying here. As a stopover on the way to Banff, the price after tax is less than $60, which is absolutely cost-effective. What's more, the lake and mountain scenery of Vernon itself is amazing enough, so it is definitely an affordable choice.
The room was new, clean, and beautiful, and the bed was very comfortable. The view outside the window was also stunning. The only downside was that when we arrived an hour and a half before check-in, they wanted to charge us 60 CAD for early check-in. We ended up negotiating an upgrade to a better room for an additional 20 CAD.
From the airport, it's just 3 stops on the Canada Line to the hotel. You can directly access the South Tower via the connecting walkway. Jennie and Misa at the front desk were incredibly warm and patient. The Harbour City Cantonese restaurant is conveniently located right next to the lobby of the South Tower. When taking a shower, remember to pull down the drain stopper in the tub.
It’s my first Best western in few decades. Pleasantly surprised by the modernity and cleanliness.
Room is comfortable and compact with all the basic touches and a good layout.
The free breakfast was a nice touch.
Location is perfect for one night stay to get in and out from the highway.
Staying here for an early flight out of Vancouver was incredibly convenient! It's right inside the terminal, and you can even take the SkyTrain to the outlets for free. The room truly lives up to Fairmont standards – a palatial style with Le Labo toiletries, just lovely! ❤️ The room amenities are new and spacious. Even though it's at the airport, it's completely soundproof, so you can sleep peacefully. The bedding is excellent too. 😊

I've had my eye on this hotel for a while, and this time, when I came back to Vancouver, I splurged on two nights here. It was absolutely worth it! The hotel's main entrance is actually at the back, not facing the street. Breakfast isn't a buffet, but it's incredibly delicious. The stay was very comfortable, and there's a small balcony. Just a heads-up, it's really close to the next room, so you'll want to keep the curtains drawn. I'd definitely love to stay here again if I get the chance.
Well run, the rooms were ready for us, clean. Although small the rooms were, we were busy all weekend and we were there to sleep in them not host a party etc.
I called the hotel before my flight to ask about the shuttle bus service, and the girl who answered was like a robot in her answers and didn't seem interested in giving me very detailed or friendly answers. I was a little worried about finding the bus and asked if there was anything I needed to know about how to find the bus, and instead of explaining that the bus would have the name of the hotel on it (which was the case in the end, but isn't always the case in my experience- and I have travelled a lot) she just very robotically said to go to the charter pick up area. The shuttle bus was the main reason I booked this hotel, and I was a little bit choked by this interaction.
The room was okay, it was clean, but confusingly unlit. The only light connected to a switch in the room was by the door, the rest of the room was lit only by 4 lamps (one of which didn't work) and it was incredibly dark in the room, even in the morning hours after the sun rose. The comforter on the bed was just a piece of batting sandwhiched in between two white flat sheets rather than a duvet cover. It would have been a nice service to have brought me a toothbrush to my room when I called down to the front desk and requested one, instead they made me come to the front desk in my pajamas for one. The hallways stunk of **** covered up by perfume. The guy who checked me in was nice and friendly, even though he had a lineup of people waiting to check in late at night and that must have been a little stressful for him.
Overall, I felt the customer service at this hotel could be improved. Even if $120/night is not wildly expensive for Vancouver, it's still a lot of money, and the customer service doesn't need to suffer as a result.

GGuest UserStaff was totally excellent. The room is clean. Bed is very comfortable. The hot tub was just fantastic. Nice swimming pool. Food was good and I have no complaints at all.

__WeChat38995****Facilities: There's a kitchenette, but I couldn't find any pots or pans in the room. Plus, the kitchen and bedroom are in the same space, so cooking wasn't really an option.
Cleanliness: The hygiene was generally okay, but it definitely felt like an older hotel.
Service: The service was great, with a 24-hour front desk that was very responsive to any questions or issues.
Parking: The parking fee was absolutely outrageous 😱😱😱 It cost 46 for one day 🔪🔪😡😡. I definitely wouldn't recommend renting a car there if you're not planning to leave Vancouver.

CCrAzYd426This hotel Actually Better than I expected coz the reviews said it sucks……🤪
I think not too bad indeed tho I haven’t visit the gym yet….
I have no complaint for the room, I think it’s good to have microwave and coffee machine in the room and the lobby has coffee machine with different choice of coffee, it’s so good! 😊
Also there is a Korea Town (about 5 minutes walking from Lougheed Town Center Skytrain Station, this hotel about 10-15 minutes walking distant from the Lougheed Town Center Skytrain Station). There are many restaurants nearby, also there is Lougheed Town Centre (a shopping mall) it’s so convenient 👍🏻
I think it’s ok to stay a night or two but of coz the cleanliness and management could be better 😉

GGuest UserHotel location is in the heart of shopping area. Famous landmarks are within few minutes - even Canada Place is just 15minutes walk straight. If you will come from Pacific Central Station - this is just less than USD10 taxi to reach the hotel. Staff are very welcoming. Room is perfect for us - i like the wash room very spacious, towels are well arranged in rack, most importantly it has wooden floors where it's not too cold for the feet. Beds are comfortable to sleep on and room is very quiet. I highly recommend this place - eateries are within 5 mins walk (Mcdonalds, Kfc, Jollibee, Thai, Tacos, Pizza, bars, etc. Stay here is you want best shopping stores and can find anything here
GGuest UserPlace is located at the Main Street. Staffs are so friendly and fast in their service. Room is clean and the amenities are pretty complete (especially as family of four, the mini fridge, plates, spoons, knife, cups, microwave, are very helpful). The only unpleasant thing is we can hear our neighbors talking and they are pretty loud, but not during the night.
GGuest UserThe hotel staff are very helpful. I always leave bags when I’m away skiing for the week.
Checked in quickly.
Rooms are big, immaculately clean, quiet and have v comfy beds. They are also nicely decorated. Got coffee machine, fridge, microwave & good wifi. Breakfast is pretty good. Got some fresh fruit, decent scrambled eggs, yoghurt and porridge if wanting more healthy options.
It has a pool which is nice.
Hall decor is now a bit dated and could do with being re-decorated.
GGuest UserStayed at Accent Inn Airport Hotel and had a great experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Really appreciated the free coffee in the lobby. The location is convenient, close to the airport, and the free shuttle bus service made travel easy. Would definitely stay again.
