Sehr freundliches, hilfreiches u. humorvolles Personal am Emfang. Als Alleinreisende fühlte ich mich gleich willkommen! Super zentrale Lage u. trotzdem ruhig, da mein Zimmer nach hinten raus war. Das Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll im modernen, barocken Still eingerichtet. Da ich Freunde besuchte u. bei diesen frühstückte, kann ich darüber nichts sagen. Ich würde immer wieder dort buchen, da auch d. Preis sehr okay war!

The location is VERY close the airport so it was very convenient when it was time to fly out. Right outside it the Metro, so I was able to move around and explore parts of the city, specifically Frankfurt's New Old Town. Behind the hotel is a garden area where I did my morning walks. The room was very clean and spacious. I have no complaints. The staff were AMAZING! They answered all my questions about the area and they povided helpful tips on how to navigate the Metro. Overall thetrip was one of the smoothest and relaxed experience I have ever had.

Travel as solo traveller for 3D2N in Frankfurt and this hotel have everything I need. 👍 Location is super good for me. That a bus stop just in front of the hotel. 1 minute walk from bus station. Less than 5 minutes walk to train station and subway. 👍 For room - I love the bath tub so much as I really need it to relax my tired foot after walking so much. The room is small but just good for me. 👍Breakfast - got asia style which I happy to eat after travel more than 10 days in Europe. Got miso soup, white rice, and some asia cooking style vege. Consider international breakfast as also got western food selection. 🤌 This hotel check out time is before 10am which is quite early compare with other hotel. Anyway you can pay for late check out. 👎 The clock stop working... I take a nap after check in and wake up then look at the clock which point at 3.15...though it 3.15am and continue sleep.. i only realize the clock not working when I wake up again at 4am... so my 1st day wasted because of the clock... 👎 I was disturd by the housekeeping 2 times when I tired and sleep in the room. They knock the room then open the door before I respond. I end up pissed off and put the sign on the door for do not disturd. Not sure why they doing this as I did not request cleaning for my room. Anyway overall still good experience and will return if I travel solo again.

The hotel was clean and well-equipped, and the location was convenient. Everything was great except for the reception. The staff weren’t very helpful unless you speak English, which might be a problem for some guests. Not a big issue, but something to keep in mind. Overall, a good stay.

Located very close to Frankfurt Airport, the hotel offers a free airport shuttle bus. As a Huazhu Hotels Group property, the hotel boasts a clean and minimalist environment and a very generous breakfast. It's a very cost-effective hotel, ideal for travelers catching early flights or simply resting after landing.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn at Frankfurt Airport this time. Its location is right opposite Terminal 1. From my room, I could see the airport out the window. However, it's not convenient to walk there with luggage. You can take the S9 train one stop to Gateway Gardens, and the hotel is straight ahead a short walk from the station. (I have no sense of direction, and the first time I followed Google Maps, I took a detour. Actually, you just need to walk straight from the exit). The king-size room was quite spacious by European standards, clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities like a kettle, hairdryer, and toiletries (shampoo/body wash). You need to ask the front desk for a toothbrush and slippers. Even though it's near the airport, the soundproofing is excellent; there was hardly any noise. The hotel offers self-service check-in and check-out. It took a little getting used to at first, but it's actually very smart and quick. The breakfast food was decent, with a reasonable variety. As someone with a 'Chinese stomach,' no matter how many options there are, I only eat what my digestive system can handle. Hot cocoa, scrambled eggs, small sausages, bacon – these hot items, plus some apple juice, were more than enough for me. I also want to praise the lovely lady at the restaurant reception who checked me in for breakfast. On my second morning, I was rushing to catch a train and quickly checked out. I was just planning to have some hot tea before leaving, and she kindly gave me a bag to take some food with me for the journey. It was very thoughtful. Receiving such kindness in a foreign country is truly heartwarming. Overall, I'm very satisfied. If you're just looking for a transit hotel, this is an excellent choice. There are many hotels in this area, and also a supermarket nearby. If you plan to explore the city, I recommend staying downtown. Although it's not far from the city center, crossing different fare zones makes transportation quite expensive, and buying train tickets in Germany can be a real hassle. P.S. German trains are highly likely to be delayed, so always allow plenty of extra time for your journey.

Although it was a reservation on the day, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. There was a bathtub, shampoo, body soap, mineral water for the number of people, hair dryer, plastic, and other amenities. I parked my car on a nearby road. It was a pleasant stay.

Location is a bit awkward, as the shuttle stops exactly when the last FlixBus arrives at the airport, so arriving late is only possible by taxi. But rooms are clean and cheap, breakfast is decent if you have it. Generally good option for an early flight at Frankfurt, so long as you arrive early enough the night before. Mostly automated checkin so hardly any interaction with staff

Overall everything was good except for the fact that the wifi in my room is not quite good. The signal is strong but the speed is extremely slow so it’s not even possible to just load a google page.

The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are new and complete, and there is a small kitchen. The place is one stop away from Frankfurt Airport and very close to the exit of S8/S9. It is also very convenient to go to the city. When I went, the apartment building was still being renovated and the elevator could not be used, but there was security to help with luggage. Overall, I was satisfied and recommended.
