BOOKING WAS VERY EASY . THE STAFF VERY HELPFUL AND FRIEDLY . HOTEL ROOM WAS EXCEPTIONAY WELL PROVEDED AND SITUATED FOR ACCESS SERVICES . PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE .OVERALL VERY HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING. The location The view for LFC parade Great view and great atmosphere The hotel reception All is good I have just one point , the security in front of the door for hotel activities should respect the hotel guests , I don’t wear ring for the activity but i am in hotel . He should ask me nicely without pushing me because i didn’t wear ring .

This was my third time staying in this hotel. TV Remote control was missing (quickly sorted) shower gel container was empty (fortunately I had some left over from a previous trave) and heating was broken (thank god I always pack a 2.5tog duvet with me) and it was FREEZING during the night but do you know what? I would still return again and again. Location is unmatched, cosy bedside lighting is ace and service is always awesome

Fantastic location beautifully clean have stayed here b3fore totaly changed in respect of more of a party hotel they have got rid of a great deal of the football memorabilia more like a boutique hotel .some parts of hotel is looking tired .our room was good i would suggest a few little things I had no where to sit and put my make up on and couldn't see in bathroom mirror as had to lean over sink on my tip toes also trying to plug kettle in finding a socket that's not on the floor .Just a few little tweeks

The room was very good. The beds, kitchens and bathrooms are very good. The location is also impeccable. First class value for money.

Apartment was very nice, it could have been cleaner though, room had a damp smell the whole time we were there which wasn’t nice, even keeping windows open didn’t help, facilities were good, had everything I needed. Definitely not luxury but nice.

It's similar to the low-end express hotels in the country. The lobby and the bar are shared one room. The bathroom should be remodeled. The dry and wet are not separated. The double bed in the double room is also more compact. The advantage is that the location is central, not far from Lime Street Railway Station, the seaside, and Liverpool One. But Liverpool is also a little bit bigger.

I had a good stay at Pullman Liverpool. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and the staff were very helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. The overall atmosphere and comfort made it an enjoyable experience. The only downside was that the dental kit provided was expired, which was disappointing and something that should be checked more carefully. Aside from that, everything else was great and I had a pleasant stay.

It couldn’t be a 3 star hotel where no elevator. It’s mostly a house with a pub where people watch games.

All the staff are very friendly and smiley, helpful, and provided great service. The rooms were clean, had good amenities like a hair dryer, fridge, shower gel, conditioner, shower cap, tea, coffee, kettle, TV. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Breakfast had a good selection. Theme of the hotel is also great, there's a big fish tank on the ground floor. Very pleased, would 100% stay again.
