the hotel service and facilities are very good and cool. it's just that the parking lot is insufficient, Because private vehicles visitors to the hotel also need to ensure the parking location, not heat or rain.

A bit tough to reach the hotel during rainy season due to mud everywhere on the access province road to the hotel 🤣.. but everything just paid off once you arrived in the hotel location.. perfect short gateaway!

Everything was great.. one thing to consider is about the gym facilities which quite old already.. but it is okay though..

It was the perfect time we spent in Grand Mercure lampung. Booked 5 rooms for families gathering. The room is very clean and comfy, and room temperature is easy to adjust My room is over looking to the ocean and hills In the morning, I can see local people jogging on car free days. If I know earlier, I would love to join All amenities are good products and work well. We also enjoyed the time by doing dancing and swimming on the poolside . It's amazing that they provide hot water for showers at the swimming pool. Breakfast was rich and tasted good with lots of my local snacks. All staff from the front desk, concierge, and room service are very friendly, I drove electric cars, and they allowed me to park at the lobby parking. I am so happy , because I drove so far from Jakarta and got tired and he allowed me to park near the lobby that's a lot. Thank you for understanding. The hotel is actually good . We stay on a premier room , and is very spacious . The facilities and sevicies , the staff are well trained, polite and helpful . The swimming pool is also good .
