WwawagunkSwissbell has a great location. Especially now that the sidewalks in that area are comfortable, plus it's become a culinary hub in Jambi. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was quite spacious. I have a few personal notes though:
For breakfast, some dishes that should have been hot were cold. The soupy dishes were only lukewarm, so they weren't very satisfying. The best items were probably the croissants and pastries. The other food was just so-so.
Breakfast still lags behind the hotel next door. But the location is excellent.
The swimming pool for kids has a very shallow lower section (probably for toddlers), but the upper section for kids who can't swim well yet needs caution as it's combined with the adult pool.
After all, we had a pleasant staycation. Maybe they could improve the breakfast.

CClegendI was in Jambi for just one day; it's a small city. The hotel isn't new, but it's decent for the area, and breakfast was acceptable. The airport shuttle service was great; they were waiting with a sign right at the airport.

AAnonymous Usereasy and fast process, close city access, restaurants here and there, also close to shops, Alfamart, malls, etc. Good facilities, minus only sandals and laundry plastic are not available. Spacious parking lot, friendly staff, all smiles. Abadi the best lah ... next time come here again because the hotel is one set one set only here 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

GGuest UserBed is comfy, breakfast was quite ok, quite a lot variety, taste not bad. Too bad i saw a fly on top if the boiled corn. Probably because they didnt close the door of the restaurant.

GGuest UserWhen we arrived the reception worker welcomed us very friendly. The room was not bad for only one night. The bathroom was clean and no problem with getting hot water.
If I have to book a hotel again then I definitely will choose this hotel, but only for one night.

WwidiyKamarnya bagus, banyak tersedia meja dan kursi/sofa, luas, kamar mandi bersih, amenities lengkap bgt,memuaskan menginap disini, makan sarapan tdk terlalu berlebihan namun enak dan pas, resto cozy dan instagramable. Pertahankan terus ya kebersihan dan perawatan supaya tamu puas, yang lebih keren lagi pegawainya semua ramah, baik bgt sopan dan selalu siaga membantu bahkan sangat sopan. Thanks owner dan management, semoga hotelnya terus ramai dan cuan, next kalau ke Jambi InsyaAllah nginap lagi disini.

CChaorenweisixianshengThe room is old-fashioned, but generally clean and spacious. The carpet is a dark blue cloth carpet from the 1980s to 1990s. Smoking is not allowed, as cigarette ash can easily burn holes in it. There is no hot water in the bathroom, or the hot water temperature is too low and feels cold.
