The hotel good , the aircon is also cold . Everything was fine . Only the downside is im almost trip because one of the tile is actually loose and left a big gap .

The staff were very friendly, and the housekeeping and hygiene services were excellent. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, with a great selection of food, drinks, fruits, pastries, cakes, coffee, juice, and milk. The bar was also very good.

The main reason I booked this hotel was because it is part of an international hotel chain and is rated as a 4-star property. However, I was very surprised by the building condition and the quality of the renovations. What made this even more disappointing is that the hotel has been open for less than a year. Given that it is a newly opened property, I expected everything to be in excellent condition. Instead, I felt that the hotel was not fully completed and may have been opened in a rush. There were still many areas that appeared unfinished and in need of touch-ups and further renovation work. Another issue was the shower’s hot water supply, which was very unstable. Even after setting the temperature to a comfortable level, the water would frequently fluctuate between hot and cold without warning. At times, it became unexpectedly too hot or too cold, making the shower experience quite unpleasant. Overall, my stay was disappointing. The hotel’s condition and facilities did not meet the standards I would expect from a 4-star international hotel, especially one that has been operating for less than a year.

Facilities: The amenities are quite comprehensive. However, there's no desk in the room, which makes it a bit inconvenient for using a laptop. The parking also costs money, which is very typical for Indonesia. Cleanliness: It's a renovated hotel and quite clean. Environment: There's nothing noteworthy about the surrounding area.

Had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. The entire property was absolutely spotless, and the modern decor gave it a very welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in.

The man on frontdesk so low attitude , and mood swing , haven't a good hospitality ; the room is large but a little old , the hotel located in central of the city ; near with coffee street , ”Ligo” supermarket walking around 10 minutes, and flamboyan traditional market nearest by walking 5 minutes 😊 overall the breakfast so good simple but complete •

Hotel lobby looks nice. But people smokes openly inside this air conditioning space, such a turn off. Check in without hassle. Very fast. 2 person at the counter working. Warm face towel and welcome drinks offered complimentary. Swimming pool available but its raining during my visit. Didn’t get to utilize it. Room is okay but air conditioning is bad. Not cold. Complaint to receptionist but doesn’t seem to have any impact after the maintenance check it. View from room 1909 is amazing since its the 19th floor. Overall for a 4star hotel, its overated and overpriced

The public areas look modern and well maintained, and both check‑in and check‑out were efficient and helpful. The point deduction is for the bed: the linens were freshly made but had visible stains, and the mattress underneath was clearly soiled – this is where the hotel urgently needs to improve its quality standards. With spotless bedding and a renewed or thoroughly cleaned mattress, this property would easily be a 5‑star choice within its category for me.

Very central. Comfortable. Close access to everywhere, recommended for business holidays or families. Really really comfortable and delicious.

The hotel has seen better days and so obviously by the damp patches, rotting wood, missing roofs, shabby towels hasn’t been maintained or looked after. It’s such a shame because the location on the water is amazing. Jemmy in reception was great connecting us up with the head ranger for a jungle trek and organising motorbike hire. Breakfast was ok - again a bit tired and lacking variety. Also there’s no hot water in most of the rooms. It’s the only place to stay in Sukadana which is a beautiful place to explore.
