Great
GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at Mercure. First of all, the manager was very kind in offering to store my luggage, use internet facilities, and work in the lobby, even if I didn't initially need a room. When it then turned out that I did need the room, I was most pleased to choose Mercure. The buffet breakfast is excellent, offering vegetarian and vegan options in addition to covering different regions of Indonesia. The room is comfortable and the bar at the third floor offers live music. You will hardly ever find kinder staff. Conveniently located close to the port. The only thing that I found could be improved is to have access to windows that can be opened.

MMelisa_MelzI had the pleasure of staying at Swiss-Belhotel Cenderawasih, Biak, and it was a truly enjoyable experience.
The room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable, providing a great place to rest.
The staff were friendly and attentive, always greeting guests with a smile and ready to assist with any needs. Their warm hospitality made the stay even more pleasant.
The food served at the hotel restaurant was also delicious, with a variety of options available for both breakfast and dinner. Every meal was satisfying and well-prepared.
Overall, Swiss-Belhotel Cenderawasih is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Biak, whether for business or leisure.

CCJulyaMy experience at Swiss-Belhotel Timika was genuinely smooth and efficient. When I needed to extend my stay, the staff handled it quickly with clear communication. And when I requested laundry service, they came straight to my room without any hassle.
For me, they’re truly customer-centric, responsive, communicative, and focused on guest comfort. The service feels personal yet professional. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stay with fast, attentive and no-nonsense service.

GGuest UserThe standard room is very old, yet clean, but if you stay in deluxe, then it’s amazing. I saw one cockroach but I’m okay with that. The breakfast was of limited options, but still you could choose what to eat. WiFi worked good. This is for sure the best hotel in Wamena, so I would recommend it despite all disadvantages 😄
The transfer to the airport is 100.000 rupiah . There is a supermarket in 5 minutes walking and across there are some nice warungs, I liked coto Makassar a lot 👍🏼

MMo BKK!The hotel is very clean and the staff are so friendly and accommodating, especially the receptionist who checked me in and the trainees who happened to be present at the reception upon check-in. I highly recommend this hotel. I hope to have another opportunity to visit the hotel.

Great
GGuest UserThere is a mosque nearby, but I didn't hear the morning adhan (prayer). The breakfast buffet had a wide variety and was very satisfying. If I go to Jayapura again, I would like to stay here again.

GGuest UserLocation, scenery, quite good, but the hotel facilities are old, the bathroom bath water is too small, inconvenient.

GGuest UserFriendly, near police station if ”Surat jalan” is needed.
Water kettle in room, big window. Good value for money.
