"The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and very comfortable. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were warm, attentive, and thoughtful. The breakfast offered fresh and delicious vegetables and fruits. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around. However, the room assigned this time was incredibly noisy, even past midnight. I hope they don't assign me a room on that side next time."

"It's been a long time since I stayed at the hotel and I feel good. The price was reasonable, and there is a Jangsaengpo Whale Museum nearby, so it would be great if you come with children. "I tried using another app when it first opened and was satisfied with it. I made a reservation for my parents. Everything else was good, but the reservation information said check-in starts at 15:00. When I got there, I was told I could check in after 5 o’clock… They say they eventually let us check in around 4 o'clock. Still, my parents wouldn't have had to wait an hour."

"Me and my friend visited the hotel at the beginning of April. The location is great. We were happy to know that the hotel decided to give us a room upgrade. The room was spacious and light with a great view of the sea. We were provided all the things we needed such as slippers, shampoo, hair dryer etc. According to the rule, the hotel doesn't provide toothpaste and toothbrushes. But it wasn't a problem at all. The only things that disturbed me were dirty windows."

"I was looking for a hotel for a same-day stay during my business trip to Ulsan and found this one at a great price, so I booked it. I know there are other hotels nearby like Shilla Stay and Lotte City Hotel, but this one was just as pleasant. More importantly, the room condition was excellent for the price, and it was very clean and comfortable. The E-Mart 24 convenience store on the first floor is a major plus. The only minor downside is that it's about a 15-minute walk from Lotte Department Store Ulsan, but other than that, everything was satisfactory. I'll definitely be staying at Stars Hotel Ulsan again on my next business trip! Haha."

My favourite part of my stay was the view from the balcony. The breakfast was good but they don’t offer a variety of options. The location was perfect, it’s close to the beach and a variety of restaurants. The area is also very peaceful. I will definitely be returning to this hotel the next time I want to relax and enjoy the the beach."
