"Checked in shortly after midnight, and the check-in process was smooth. The front office agent was okay. However, I struggled with the elevator system because the wayfinding and signage for the high-floor elevators were not very intuitive. Even after looking around carefully, it was not immediately obvious which elevator I should take, so I ended up taking the elevator more than twice before figuring it out. Since there are only three elevators, I believe this is more of a management and signage issue than a staff issue. Clearer wayfinding would make the arrival experience much smoother. At check-in, I believe I was upgraded to a room with a bathtub, which I appreciated. However, the bathtub did not have a shower curtain, so water ended up splashing all over the bathroom floor while showering. In the end, it was actually less convenient than a standard shower. Parking costs KRW 5,000, although it was waived in my case. I was surprised that parking was not complimentary for hotel guests. My hunch is that if I had stayed longer than one night, I probably would have had to pay. The parking area is very tight and small. Even though I arrived late at night, there were still two or three cars, including mine, competing for the remaining parking spaces. Amenity-wise, I'm not sure how old the property is, but it definitely needs some work on the details. I noticed dust, scratches, and dings along the way to my room. The elevator floor was also making a weird noise with a noticeable rattle. Given that this is a business hotel, I wasn't expecting much in terms of personalized service. During check-out, I called the front desk to ask about the express check-out process, and the staff explained it clearly over the phone, which I appreciated. I liked the efficient, no-nonsense approach—they provided exactly the help I needed without unnecessary formalities. That said, I can also see how some guests might perceive the service as a little too generic without personal touch; yet, i enjoyed in overall. Thank you"

"Me and my friend visited the hotel at the beginning of April. The location is great. We were happy to know that the hotel decided to give us a room upgrade. The room was spacious and light with a great view of the sea. We were provided all the things we needed such as slippers, shampoo, hair dryer etc. According to the rule, the hotel doesn't provide toothpaste and toothbrushes. But it wasn't a problem at all. The only things that disturbed me were dirty windows."

"The price for stay is good, the room is very clean and comfy and the breakfast was also perfect, even changed dishes each day. BUT, the bathroom is quite small - actually the size of the bathroom exactly is not the problem, but the of the toilet is extremely small. Seems it is the smallest toilet seat in my life 🤣. Other was 100% nice. On the 1st floor there also was a laundry and dryers, so it made the stay much more comfortable. Lobby stuff was well trained, polite and helpful. They also spoke English, so if you speak Korean not so well - there would be no problem to understand each other. If I visit Ulsan next time - seems I stay in that hotel again."

"It's close to both the train station and the bus stop, and it's very quiet because it's not on a major road. There's also an Emart nearby, which is convenient for shopping. The staff were cheerful and friendly, and I was very satisfied. However, I was dissatisfied that there was only one electrical outlet by the sink, and the air conditioner switch was fixed to the wall and far from the bed, rather than being remote-controlled. If I have the opportunity, I would like to stay there again."

"This hotel is very suitable for Chinese guests, as you don't even need to change the power plugs, which is quite rare in South Korea. The service is excellent, and the front desk staff speak very good English, so communication is seamless. Although the facilities are a bit dated, it's quite normal for a hotel abroad at the same price point to feel one or two stars lower in quality."

"It was just okay. I booked it because it was the only beachfront hotel in Ulsan, but when I tried to cancel, they didn't offer free cancellation, so I went with a heavy heart. The ocean view wasn't very good, and since the hotel is located in a mixed-use building, it felt much more run-down. This will be the last time I visit Ulsan in my life."

"I really loved my stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and spoke English. My room was clean and had all the amenities that I needed for a comfortable stay. My favourite part of my stay was the view from the balcony. The breakfast was good but they don’t offer a variety of options. The location was perfect, it’s close to the beach and a variety of restaurants. The area is also very peaceful. I will definitely be returning to this hotel the next time I want to relax and enjoy the the beach."

"On the morning of check-in, the room number and password are sent via email. After the check-in time, you can go directly to the room and enter the password to get in. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, a nearby amusement arcade was incredibly noisy. When I went to the window because of the overwhelming noise, I found it was open. Closing it helped to reduce the sound significantly. If outside noise bothers you, I recommend checking the windows. There's a convenient convenience store under the hotel, but it's unstaffed and security-locked late at night, and I couldn't figure out how to get in. There's a large Lotte Mart nearby, which was great for buying food and souvenirs. Finally, the TV. I couldn't figure out how to use it, and no matter what I did, it kept saying the signal was weak. However, I eventually figured out that by bringing up the hotel guide and then pressing 'back', I was able to watch TV."
