At JR Sendai Station, close to the East Exit and easy access to the Shinkansen floor, altough there is still a small walk. The lounge is quite nice too. I arrived half an hour early and the front staff said my room is ready so they let me up. Thank you for the flexibility! Room is bigger than your average jp size and the bath is especially nice! With bath salt and massage nozzle and everything.

The hotel was very dated and was also very small. The paint on the walls of our room looked like they were coming off at any time. However the bed was clean and the room was also decently cleaned. All the basic amenities were provided during my stay and the staff were also courteous and friendly! The hotel is also located about a 10mins walk away from JR Sendai station so it is definitely convenient. Overall, for the price you are paying it’s definitely worth it if you are just looking for a place to sleep for the night and go out in the day.

Just a 5-minute walk from the JR station. The front desk staff were really enthusiastic and even upgraded our room! It came with a massage chair, which was super comfortable. The room itself was quite spacious, and the hotel facilities were new and very clean. The only downside was the lack of a hot spring, which was a bit of a miss.

Very nice and clean. The public bath is a plus for travellers who wish to have one in an urban area. The cost per room per night is also very attractive!!!

It's close to the highway and next to the hotel is Aeon Town, so it's convenient for shopping. The price is reasonable, so it's a good deal. Breakfast was included, and it was quite delicious. I wish the toilet in the room had a washlet.

The hotel is located on the 2nd floor and without a clear hotel signage shown which made it hard for us the find even though we are using waze. If you are driving , this hotel is really not convenient as there is no hotel parking . Spent so much time to find the nearest parking spot when the parking adjacent to the hotel is full . No drop off at all in front of the hotel therefore you have to lug your luggages from parking to the hotel. The room is a little dated but pretty clean and very good price for a family of 4 . So before you book do weigh you are after convenience or on budget . The best thing the hotel can offers are right next to the shopping arcade, bath house and family room for 4.

The room facilities are complete, and it's not cold indoors even in winter. The front desk service is professional. The hotel's location is excellent, super close to Sendai Station for the Shinkansen, and very convenient for transportation, shopping, and dining in the surrounding area.

I chose this hotel because it's conveniently located with a bus going to Fox Village from Shiroishi-Zao Station. The hotel itself is great, with two self-service washing machines and two restaurants. The breakfast was delicious! 😋

The Livemax Hotel is located near JR Tagajo Station in Sendai, about a 15-minute walk from the station. The room is spacious enough to accommodate two suitcases, and there's also an open-air bath, which guests can use free of charge.

We stay here for two consective years and the main reason is their breakfast buffet which is not a huge line but they had every local famous items to offer, one of the best breakfast with variety of local choices for guest to enjoy with proper menu rotation. Easy access from Sendai station, walking distance to Sendai Station, Bus stop, Aeon supermarket, Montbell shop, lots of nearby local restaurants, family mart and 7-11. coffee capsule machine available at lobby from afternoon time onward.
