Very unexpected hotel We came here by car. They have a very large parking lot. Very good location The check-in ladies were very friendly. And also took the initiative to help us book restaurants and taxis in the city There is a very comfortable lounge area on the first floor Lots of drinks and snacks to choose from It is also free for guests to use. The most amazing thing is that the hotel actually has a small library space You can drink coffee and read quietly. The Japanese style room we stayed in was also great Spacious space The room has a faint scent of tatami The view from the balcony is also very comfortable After taking a bath in the evening, I asked the service staff to help me make an appointment for a massage service. After pressing it, I slept till dawn. This is a hotel I will return to! ! 🥰

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. The location was convenient and easy to access. Overall, it was worth the price, and I would stay here again.

🛌 The room was perfectly suited for two people, even with two large pieces of luggage. A minor drawback was that the air conditioning felt a bit warm. 🌬️ 🏨 The hotel’s location near the JR train station and the shopping area is just a 15-minute walk. 🚙 Parking is available in the basement for 1000 Yen per night. I’d recommend dropping off luggage at the entrance before parking for convenience. 👩🏻💼 The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more comfortable.

Located near to the bus stop that can easily access to Miyazaki airport, aoshima island, miyako city, etc., As the name suggests, hotel ”mango”, all the facilities are made with mango, it's really good idea. Free dessert(mango ice-cream) has also amazing taste. Thank you very much.

The hotel is located near the business district, with DONKI nearby, as well as many izakayas and restaurants. The quarantine hotel already has a parking lot, and overnight parking costs 1,000 yen. There is a hot spring on the top floor, and you can have popsicles after soaking in the hot spring. Please have ramen for supper after 9:30pm

The hotel is showing its age a bit, but it's probably the best you'll find in Miyazaki. There were a lot of Japanese guests, and I barely saw any other foreign tourists. The fireworks show at night was absolutely incredible! The only downside is that there aren't many convenience stores nearby; you have to walk through a forest to find a 7-Eleven. There are also some attractions close by, but I didn't have time to visit them.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Miyazaki Station, making travel very convenient. The hotel facilities are very new overall, and the rooms are clean and bright. There's a large shopping mall and a supermarket at the station, so dining and shopping are also very convenient.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel; the Wi-Fi is terrible. After complaining to the front desk, they gave me a Wi-Fi booster, which improved the signal, but I still couldn't access anything except WeChat. It's really bizarre.

This hotel's rooms are definitely a weakness, but the service and amenities are surprisingly good. No wonder the front desk mentioned at check-in that they've been ranked number one in Japan for customer satisfaction for the past few years. The canteen has everything you could want, and in the evenings, they offer a wide variety of drinks, including complimentary sake. Children can make their own shaved ice, and if they're hungry, they can enjoy chazuke (tea porridge) or curry and raw egg rice. The morning menu is also quite varied, and you can even make your own soba noodles. While the onsen is small, it's thoughtfully equipped with a spacious powder room for ladies, complete with skincare products, a hairdryer, and a hair straightener. We were initially a little disappointed with the small room, but these amenities instantly boosted our satisfaction. If you're passing through Miyazaki for a night, I highly recommend this hotel, and transportation is also very convenient. While it's located near izakayas and pubs, it's recommended to avoid children at night. The hotel itself is very safe.

TTatianaK.From the bottom of my heart, I’d like to thank all staff of the hotel. My 11-old son and I stayed there for just one night, because we were on our way to visit gorgeous Toungenkyu hydrangeas park in the other town, so we chose to stay in Hyugashi, and that was definitely the right decision! I didn’t know that there was no public transportation assess to the park, because it’s located far upon to the mountains. But I never give up  So, I decided to get to the park by hitchhiking! And one of kind managers of the hotel wrote the name of the park in Japanese characters on a big sheet of paper to be seen from far apart for drivers. Besides, he told us where it could be possible to stop a car. So we did it! First, we went to the nearest town by train, and tried the hitching there. There was a nice lady who took us to the park and back to Hyugashi, we were so grateful to her!!! The local people were kind to us everywhere whenever it was a restaurant or a station. We will never forget the kindness of the local people!!! We liked that izakaya on the first floor in the building. Moreover, we liked that nice quiet town Hyugashi because of its people! We wish you all the best!!!

GGuest UserStayed one night, location is a bit isolated in terms of restaurants and things to do. Definitely an outdated hotel and could do with a renovation, however the room was definitely very large for Japanese standards so the was a plus!(superior queen). If self driving there is a multistory carpark right behind hotel so that’s also a plus.

AAnonymous UserMiyazaki is a small city so getting around is not difficult if you stay in this hotel. There is a few local buses to the hotel from the JR Miyazaki station. Within walking distance of 10min you can find almost everything from shopping to izakaya. The best part I like is the sauna and hot spring. It has outdoor and indoor hot spring baths and sauna. Amenities in the public bath is complete with lotion, tonic, hair gel, shaving form and even towel is provided so you don't need to bring your own. Overall, a great hotel.

HHuabajiangSpent two pleasant and unforgettable nights in your hotel. Saw the beautiful sunset on Qingdao Beach after the heavy rain. Visited the Qingdao Shrine and the mysterious bathing board of the gods. At night, I returned to the hotel and enjoyed the authentic Qingdao hot spring open-air bath in the clean and tidy bathing area. After the hot spring, I had a matcha ice cream. Listened to the sound of rain at night and read comics in the quiet comic bar. It was so comfortable~ I saw the row of original Doraemon, Tsubasa Ozora, Gintama, NANA~ The 80s generation was full of excitement and felt like they were back to their youth! The breakfast environment is beautiful and the food is rich and delicious. In short, I am very satisfied with everything here. I have a very perfect Japanese travel experience. And what I want to say more is: Compared with the beautiful scenery of Miyazaki Aoshima, the lovely Miyazaki people are more worthy of praise. Traveling around Kyushu, the Miyazaki people are the most enthusiastic and hospitable I have seen along the way. I love the scenery and lovely people here~ On the day we first arrived at the hotel, we took the wrong route from the steps and went to the back door. We happened to meet a young lady who had just got off work at the hotel. After she learned that we had taken the wrong route, she immediately led us the way and took my suitcase on her own initiative. There was a section of uphill gravel road, and she even picked up the box very considerately. She carried it all the way to the hotel lobby. As soon as we entered the lobby, she left and there was a thunderstorm outside. The young lady must have been caught in the rain because of helping us. I am really grateful and embarrassed. After that, the staff in every link of the hotel were very warm and kind. The whole experience was super good! We will leave Miyazaki this afternoon and take a cruise to Kobe. We are very happy to choose Miyazaki as the last stop of our Kyushu tour. Thank you for your hotel for giving our Kyushu tour a perfect happy ending.

GGuest UserThis hotel is centrally located on a main road, yet it's clean and quiet. The decor is new and lovely. They offer breakfast and complimentary drinking water, and the service is great. There are plenty of dining and shopping options, as well as convenience stores nearby, making it very convenient for tourists. It's definitely the top choice for a first-time visit to Miyazaki.

AAnonymous UserA rock-paper-scissors game was set up for the children to enjoy, and my daughters had fun playing it with the staff and receiving presents. There was only a shower, so we went in the hot spring, which was thick and felt great. With the ocean right in front of us, we ate our lunch outside. The location was great, as we could walk to Aoshima Shrine. My kids were happy and said they would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

AAnonymous UserThe room I stayed in seemed to be close to a machinery room, or perhaps there was an issue with the room's air conditioning or some other equipment, because there was a periodic mechanical noise throughout the night. However, the location was excellent, being close to many restaurants and Takachiho Shrine.

GGuest UserGood location. Within easy walking distance to the beach. Boards can be rented. Unfortunately, a group of travelers did not respect the quiet rule in the sleeping area. It was quite loud for the duration of my stay. I would hope the hostel enforces the rules more strictly in the future.
