The owners of this hotel are a Chinese couple, and the wife is so kind and beautiful. I'm especially grateful for the delicious Chinese dinner she personally cooked for us โ it was incredibly tasty! I highly recommend this place. Wishing the owners all the best and an abundance of wealth from all directions. Thank you, thank you, thank you! ๐น๐น๐นโค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธ
Extremely affordable, and the ladies at the front desk were lovely. A special shout-out to the Japanese university student who is studying Chinese; she was incredibly kind and welcoming. I'll definitely stay here again next time. All the staff were great. I overslept, and they didn't charge me extra for a one-hour late checkout, which was a fantastic service. This is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at in Japan.
Our first time in Shizuoka
Hotel Accasia Shizuoka is big Classic Old style hotel consists of many restaurants and Banquet facilities
Breakfast serving miso soup, udon be able to warm by yourself, rice with curry, Fresh Salad with various dressing, sausage , bread and butter and ice matcha unlimited.
Donโt miss sweet oneโฆ Pudding Accasia style ๐ฅฐ
Our in room is OK only one such as very soft bed is not suitable for healthy lovers. Room view not good
Possibly we have stayed in lower floor #523
Anyway, happy to stay caused by very good location
Not only very close to JR Shizuoka, restaurants in Parches building , Asty , and City Bus stations etc.
On our second day in Atami, we switched to the Resorpia Hotel by the sea. Since we were coming from another onsen hotel, we took a taxi directly to the 1st floor. Guests can only access this hotel by walking down from the 9th floor on the hill.
The location is fantastic; we could see the ocean right from our room's balcony. The next morning, we could even watch the 'Tangerine Sea' sunrise ๐ from bed.
The public bath is on the 5th floor. It's a bit of a shame there's no open-air onsen, so you can only enjoy the view through the window while bathing.
The hotel offers a shuttle service to Atami Station, but you need to book it in advance.
The facilities are a bit dated, but the hygiene is still very good. Overall, it offers decent value for money.
Location is good and within 10 minutes drive from the Gotemba Premium Outlet. Hotel rooms are slightly dusty, but good for short stays especially after outlet visits :)
Public hot springs are spacious and better than expected, with both indoors and outdoors available.
Some rooms can see the Mount Fuji. Otherwise, 12/F is available for public access with a panorama view of Mount Fuji. Breakfast is also satisfying.
I rarely write reviews, but this guesthouse was so incredibly comfortable that I just had to express my genuine feelings, haha! ๐ First, I have to rave about the owner's cooking โ it truly tasted like home! ๐ญ On the evening of our arrival, after the owner picked us up and took us to the guesthouse, I was so hungry that I asked them to make some biangbiang noodles. Wow, they were absolutely amazing! Easily the best biangbiang noodles I've ever had! ๐ญ I immediately ordered them again for lunch the next day! Then, the breakfast the next day had both Western and Chinese options and was also delicious ๐ โ it really energized us for the day's travels! We also had dinner at the guesthouse, because as an international student, I was really craving some authentic home cooking. Eating dinner there, it truly felt like ages since I'd had a proper home-cooked meal like that ๐ฅน. Finally, for lunch before we checked out, we had handmade dumplings ๐ฅ which were also so delicious ๐คค, and so fresh! They even gave us a complimentary dish of sweet and sour pork ribs! So happy! ๐ฅฐ
Secondly! I'm so grateful to the owner for taking us to Mount Omuro and for picking us up late at night to go to the hot springs near Izu Kogen Station โจ๏ธ โ it was so relaxing! The owner was just incredibly enthusiastic about driving us back and forth to the station! Of course, the guesthouse environment itself is also impeccable โ beautiful, high-class, comfortable, clean, and tidy, full marks! In short, when Mount Omuro turns green again, I'll definitely come back to Izu and stay here! ๐
Excellent location being just in front of the train station. Within walking distance to the main tourist attractions, and the bus station for buses going to the beach is just in front of the hotel. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores around. Mc Donaldโs is just next door.ย
Room was spacious and clean. Well equipped with all the amenities required.ย
Staff were efficient, friendly and could speak basic English.
Breakfast served was basic but excellent.ย
Definitely highly recommended hotel.
The sea view is unbeatable, and it's a 5-6 minute walk from the station. They offer a shuttle service to the station upon checkout, by appointment. A centipede ran into my room... but they changed my room when I requested it, which was fine. I stayed for three days, and the breakfast was decent. The service was typical Japanese, meaning you couldn't really find any fault with it. The biggest surprise was on the day of checkout: there was a huge typhoon in Izu, all trains were stopped. While we were feeling helpless at the station, a hotel front desk staff member arrived! They told us that because we had previously booked a shuttle, they were taking us to the larger Izu-Kogen station! I was so touched! That's truly Japanese service, solving an urgent problem! Overall, it was really good!
Very clean and well equipped. The location is very convenient in front of Numazu Station. What I was happy with in detail was that it was convenient for charging because it was equipped with a power tap. I checked out at 4:30 in the early morning, but the staff was able to respond.

AAnonymous UserCheck-in was quick and easy, with two staff members who spoke Chinese, so there were no language barrier issues. When checking in, they proactively asked about our preferred dinner time to avoid long waits due to too many guests dining at once. Since our room didn't have a private bathroom, we used the public male and female onsen baths downstairs, which were well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. After dinner, you can reserve the karaoke or mahjong rooms at the front desk in advance and use them at your reserved time. Although the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, it was quite delicious.
SSYXFA heaven for car lovers, and I'm lucky to be able to visit this place, and also enjoy the drive experience with a top-up.
Location is slightly away from everything so you are stranded unless driving (you should be), and you're just minutes from Gotemba with so much choice for food and drinks compared to the hotels choices that were in my opinion limited and costly.
Lastly, as the hotel was a part of the museum, it was a bummer that we had to pay to enter the museum despite the high cost of the hotel.

GGuest UserThe structure seems to be a legacy of the bubble era. The luxurious layout allows you to move between the main building and each building via pedestrians.
It's reminiscent of the 5-star hotels of Phuket and Bali of the past. The all-inclusive plan also feels like good value.
Unfortunately, however, maintenance of the interior and exterior has not kept up, and various parts are badly deteriorated. The bathhouse is also made of good granite, so it should be polished properly. The exterior walls are so black that you want to use a Karcher cleaner. I wish it was a little cleaner.

GGuest UserIt was love from the first sight. Lovely and silent place that what you need after all the hustle and bustle of big cities. Hot springs are relaxing and food is delicious. Wish had more days there.
Big thanks to all the staff who created such atmosphere

GGuest UserThe family booked a triple room, the boss adjusted it to 205, twin beds plus tatami, the room boss, living in 5-6 people is no problem. There is a kitchen. Free drinks in the lobby on the first floor, and it is very pleasant to sit and play games at night. From Izu Plateau Station to the hotel, you can make an appointment to pick up or take a taxi. The local road is narrow and it is all uphill and downhill. It is too inconvenient to drag your luggage. Quiet surroundings, you can see the sea from a distance
WWulaitingfanzengThe hotel's facilities are really great. I chose a huge tatami room all to myself, though people from my country might not be used to sleeping on tatami. The only downside to the room was that the air conditioning was a bit noisy, but thankfully there's a door, and closing it helped a lot. Both the room and the restaurant face the sea and the harbor, so the view is absolutely unparalleled. As for the location, it's a bit on the outskirts with no commercial areas nearby; it takes about a 10-minute walk to reach dining and shopping spots. All hotel guests receive a complimentary hot spring ticket. Their hot spring also faces the sea. The infinity hot spring pool is definitely the biggest highlight! The entire hot spring area is very modern and beautifully designed. However, it's spread across 7 floors, and you have to undress upstairs and downstairs, with shoe storage and showering not in the same area, which makes the process a bit confusing and overwhelming.
