The staff are very friendly and the open-air bath is very good. For Japanese people, I am grateful that there is an explanation in Japanese, and security is also solid. Instead of being happy to use the washing machine for free, it took 6 hours for washing + drying, so those who plan to use it should be careful. Overall it was a very good stay.

The service was good, standard. The location was great, almost 15 minutes or less from the historic center of the city. While the hotel itself was located inside of a plaza with lots of restaurants and small shops. The best part is that when you stay in this hotel, they give you a small 10% discount on the restaurants found in the same plaza, it was neat to have that. Just one complaint would be the food on their breakfast buffet. Even though the food in flavor was good, the options were limited and the same in every single day, which it sucks if you are staying for more than two days as having greater options like soups or cold salads would be better for travelers.

The hotel service is good since the employees are friendly, they also located it is very good since it is inside a shopping center with restaurants or cafes, it is also very close to Antea and it is a very safe area, breakfast is very good with a good assortment and also good taste the atmosphere of the hotel in general is good and the rooms are very clean and the beds very comfortable it is a very good hotel it only lacks a swimming pool there is good value for money

위치도 괜찮고 쇼핑몰도 같이 있어서 편리했어요. 룸 컨디션도 좋았고요. 룸키가 잘 작동을 하지 않아서 몇번이고 다시 카운터에 가서 룸키를 교체하는 불편함이 있었는데 그방만 그랬을 수 있겠죠.

Parking lot has no logo, entrance is not easy to find; parking lot exit and entrance share single lane, inconvenient; parking lot parking space is small and quite narrow; no hotel and building share parking lot. Overall not friendly to drivers 3. There is no convenience store within walking distance of the hotel.

Great hotel, the location is very convenient, the bus terminal is only 15 minutes away. There is a la comer supermarket diagonally opposite, the price is very good, there are ATMs in each bank, there are supermarkets' own cafes and small restaurants, things are not bad, there are salesmen who can speak English. Behind the hotel is an ordinary residential area, very ordinary, a little dirty, but Mexico is not like this, some small restaurants, not bad.
