The hotel is conveniently located, with shopping malls and restaurants just a few minutes' walk away. The room is big and clean. But the attitude of the staff is average, and I couldn't get a travel transfer. Friendly customer service checkin, good location next to lake and able see sunrise/ sunset and Aurora light. Only suggestion is the sliding screen door is unlockable, feel a bit unsafe in middle of night have slide screen open for fresh air in bed sleep if stay at ground level balcony room.

The location is great. It's in a plaza across from a large pet store. Parking is free. The hotel is also relatively new. The suite we booked didn't seem to be available, so we were given two single rooms instead. They were also quite good. The front desk was friendly and provided information on the Northern Lights. There are several driving spots close to the hotel where you can see the lights. There are also some information on group tours you can refer to.
