Courteous staffs. Check in and check out is fast. The room is clean and with new sets of white towels and bed sheets. The room size is enough for 2 person. The location is good as it is near the food establishments and coffee shops. The only missing is it would be nice to have a facial tissue in the room.

Most of my stay in Iloilo was very enjoyable. The hotel has a great location right beside SM Mall, which made shopping and dining very convenient. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was served buffet-style with a good variety of choices, making each morning pleasant and relaxing.

Had a great stay for a night, the room is clean and smells good. They also accommodate their guests.

I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay in Iloilo. The staff are so NICE, they are very accommodating and approachable. I want to stay here again next year. My parents are so happy. Thank you, Richmonde!

the airport pick up transfer is a wow factor to us very convinient,the service is very good,the room is always clean,the staff was very polite they greet us everytime we pass by,the breakfast was great,will come back again soon thank you paradise garden hotel.

Directly connected / very close to SM City Iloilo — extremely convenient if your priority is easy access to the mall. Rooms are well-equipped (TV, mini-bar or similar, etc.), and there are amenities like lobby bar, potentially meeting rooms if needed. Great for shoppers, people arriving late, or anyone who wants minimal commute. Good balance between comfort and convenience.

There's no water on the 4th floor and it took them longer to refill, we called twice. There's no dental kit. It's our second time to check-in at the Hop Inn, Iloilo. I thought there'll be changes, like they will provide dental kits. But it's the same as our first check-in at the hotel. Still, there's no dental kit. The location is awesome - so accessible. When it comes to cleanliness, yes! It's clean. The location is so convenient. But lacking amenities. Like heater/electric kettle, dental kit, refrigerator. Like that. The only thing you can do here is sleep and relax.

We stayed from December 4–6, 2025, and overall had a pleasant experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was good — rooms and common areas were well-maintained. The front desk staff were friendly and very professional in addressing our concerns. Special shoutout to April, who assisted us when our originally assigned room was rented by a guest extending their stay. She handled the situation smoothly and even arranged an upgrade, which we truly appreciated. They also have a very interesting elevator system — it surprised us at first, but we eventually got used to it, and it added a fun, unique touch to the stay. Breakfast was plated, with limited options, which is the only downside of our stay. However, what was available was prepared well and tasted good. Overall, it was a good experience and definitely worth coming back to.

I recently stayed at Park Inn by Radisson Bacolod, and overall, it was an OK experience. The breakfast buffet was great—surprisingly good for an ”inn” since it felt more like a hotel. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to SM Bacolod, which made everything accessible. A couple of minor inconveniences: you have to refill your own water bottle, which isn’t a huge deal but still worth noting. Also, when we first went for breakfast, they mistakenly insisted that I had only paid for two people, which was a bit frustrating. And finally, the bathroom door wouldn’t lock, which could be a disaster depending on your situation—definitely not ideal! Despite these small hiccups, it was a decent stay. Would I come back? Maybe. If they fix the bathroom door, then sure!
