Big hotel in great location. Staff very friendly and good selection for breakfast. Decent sized room with nice view of the river and park. We had dinner every night of our stay at the hotel restaurant as it was reasonably priced with a good choice.

Great location, very beautiful hotel along one of the best views to Douro river and vineyards. Staff is great and the hotel is super clean and well integrated in the landscape. Super recommend

Well, the bathroom facilities are improved, the washing machines are too dangerous if you try to stick to wash your face.

Hotel with a very spacious and well-equipped room, including hairdryer and clothes. A varied breakfast with quality products. Excellent indoor pool; spa with sauna, Turkish bath and jacuzzi. A pleasant outdoor space with many free parking facilities.

Beautiful hotel and great service. Unfortunately, the air-conditioning broke down and we were not offered an alternative room. It is regrettable given that it would have otherwise been a perfect stay.

It’s a little far from the Douro River, but the service is OK, the corridor has been painted with new wall paint.

The hotel is perfectly located just opposite Régua station, on the banks of the Douro. Very spacious room. Nice welcome. Very pleasant bar with a view of the river.
