На первый взгляд номер неплохой. Чисто, комфортно, есть все необходимое. Но очень нас разочаровало наличие тараканов в номере! Один забежал прямо в чемодан. Второй минус - в номере было холодно. Есть обогреватель, но греет плохо и стучит. И при его работе нужно было открыть шторы, тк они нагревались ,а на первом этаже этого делать бы не хотелось.

I recommend it! The location is central. While there aren't many shops directly nearby, that's pretty typical for city centers. It's clean, and everything still feels new. There's a restaurant, but we didn't get a chance to try it. The apartment was warm and had everything we needed, including dishes and wine glasses. I do have a suggestion for management: please add a frying pan and dish soap to the rooms. We cooked but had nothing to wash the dishes with. Maybe some guests leave dirty dishes behind, but we certainly didn't! If you book in advance, the price is very reasonable. Thank you, we had a great rest here between our flights home.

The location is good, in the city center of Vladivostok, with many restaurants and facilities nearby. It's only a seven or eight-minute walk from Vladivostok Railway Station. The hotel is good value for money, and the sea-view rooms offer a view of the sea.

Suddenly very good hotel. Rooms are new, clean, no visible wear. The mattress is excellent. The room has all the furniture and equipment needed. Everything is prepared for a rich cooking: all the kitchen equipment, knives, dishes. The cost of the cost is a separate song at all. Not all five-stars are assembled as this. It is difficult to say what is not enough for a comfortable life here. Separate plus for convenient location from the train station, it is convenient to get directly from the airport.

The room on the 10th floor had a heater — it helped dry clothes after walking in the humid climate of Vladivostok. Cons: The main discomfort was moving. Every time, when extending the stay, you had to vacate the room and move to another, even if the same category was booked. This took time and created inconvenience — things were packed in a hurry, some remained damp. The hotel positions itself as a 4-star, but in fact — a solid 3+. The rooms have not been renovated for about 15 years. The doors and walls are tired. I was also surprised that when booking through a Chinese website, they provide a higher room category, although in the Russian system it is considered the same. This creates a feeling of double standards. Bottom line: If you book in advance at the reduced price (~3000₽), this is an acceptable option. At full price, it's rather overpriced. The staff is polite, but the system for handling extensions needs to be revised. ⸻

The suite was perfect for two adults and one child. It was fully equipped, with a spacious bathroom, far exceeding the standards of a three-star hotel. The WiFi name was even ”China,” which added to the positive impression. The view from the window was picturesque, offering both sea and street views. It was conveniently located, just a ten-minute walk from the train station, and there were plenty of restaurants along the beach downstairs, so food and drinks were plentiful. I loved it here and would definitely stay here again if I came back.

I forgot to take a picture! This hotel is located right next to the railway line and is actually a B&B with no front desk staff. Upon arrival, I couldn't get in! There was a staff member's WeChat ID on the door. I downloaded the app, contacted the staff, confirmed my reservation, and sent them the door code, room number, and password before I could get in. (The problem came on my first night. I was woken up by a guest who arrived in the middle of the night and kept knocking at the door. It took a while for them to get in.) The room was small but clean. It was fine for a one-night stay, but it became a problem for a few consecutive nights. 😂 We ended up using our supermarket bags to take out our trash. The area around the hotel looks run-down. Across the railway line is the commercial district, and it's quite close to the beach.

I rarely leave hotel reviews, but this Select hotel in Vladivostok completely exceeded my expectations. I'll quote my post from Xiaohongshu to recommend it to everyone! I booked this hotel by accident. My trip to Vladivostok was very sudden. I booked the hotel the day before and left the next day. When I booked, only a double room (1.5-meter double bed) was left. (This hotel is incredibly popular 🔥 not only among Chinese tourists, but also among many Russians traveling to Vladivostok.) The room information stated 10 square meters, but after checking in, I found it was actually quite large, larger than I expected, and had a large bay window. There was enough room for two people to share their luggage. Because it was the off-season, the room rate was less than 600 RMB per night. The location is excellent! Clover House is right downstairs. It's a 10-minute walk to Victory Square and the Orthodox Church, and a 5-minute walk to a money exchange. It's completely in the city center. There are also many supermarkets nearby, including 5-cent and Green Supermarket, making shopping very convenient. The receptionists there are incredibly attentive! Especially since I checked out at 5 AM this morning. The night before, I asked the receptionist if she could prepare some cookies for me the next morning. She was incredibly kind and said no cookies, she'd prepare breakfast for me the next morning – sandwiches, eggs, and cheese [heart emoji]. So incredibly thoughtful! As soon as I got downstairs at 5 AM, the receptionist brought me the breakfast she'd prepared in advance, and she even packed it all up for me! ❤️ The hotel provided a check-in guide with all the important information. They offer breakfast daily from 8 AM to 11 AM, and the bar is open all day. Smoking is completely prohibited indoors and in the rooms 🚭 (this is really great!). If you need to smoke, you have to go to the outdoor platform on the second floor. PS: There's also a mini-fridge in the room, in the bedside table, where you can keep chilled beer.

Cleanliness: Very clean, staff clean daily, highly recommended. Facilities: Complete facilities, no inconveniences, highly recommended. Environment: Location is a little far from the city center, but a taxi ride is quick, about a 30-minute walk, acceptable. Service: Excellent! The front desk staff speaks English, communication was smooth. Much better than the hotel reception in St. Petersburg, and this one is open 24 hours. Importantly, on December 29th at dawn, I had an upset stomach from drinking and couldn't stand it anymore, so I went downstairs and asked the front desk to call an ambulance. I think it was the manager or a lady who greeted me; she was very helpful, contacted an ambulance, asked if I wanted to go back to my room to rest, asked for my room number, and called paramedics upstairs. There was no one at the front desk when I checked in; there was a room behind them, and they were sitting inside. You have to call them, but I didn't see them and they went to Newliving. 😂
