GGuest UserStaying at this hotel many times will get a surprise! The fragrance in the lobby is amazing, the front desk quickly checks in and upgrades the room type intimately. The parent-child room is equipped with children's slippers and toothbrushes, and the mattress is moderately soft and hard to help sleep well. The bathroom has no water separation from wet and dry, and the daily supplement of the care package is full of care. The breakfast is freshly cooked and the taste is rich, and the waiter takes the initiative to introduce local play. When checking out, the short-haired lady also helped to send back the forgotten items. This meticulous service must be recommended by five stars!

AAnonymous UserThe name of the hotel has the word ”home”. It doesn't seem to have anything to do with it. The hygiene is not good, especially the toilet is too dirty. I called the hotel to arrange for the aunt to clean up. The little girl at the front desk said that the aunt had already got off work (more than 6 pm), 🥲🥲, I can't accept it, the little girl later helped clean up, Said that the aunt was temporarily found during the Spring Festival, also expressed apologies, I hope to train again.
